Technical expert resolved problem – Tikona Cust Appreciation


I had some problem on internet connection. For that I am calling Tikona support then I coordinate with Nitin Gharge. Nitin Gharge technical expert solve internet problem. Internet problem is that IP address cannot be picked after restart DHCP Client and DHCP network is running well. Thank for cooperation.

Dealay in deactivation of tikona internet connection

I got tikona broadband connection on 24/11/2012 by making payment of rs.1800 (My user Id is 1107456496).For few days days connection was working fine but later it started to give trouble that I was always getting the message as "limited or no connectivity". Regarding this I started to complain to tikona technical support and was being asked to do some exercises like switching off & switching on power adapter,removing cable & connecting back.But still problem was persisting.Finally I requested for deactivation of broadband, but they told they will solve the problem by sending a technical person to my home. In fact he came my home and he tried to to get good signal. But he DID not get and he told me that my connection have poor signal and he told he will inform the the same to tikona for deactivation.But they(tikona) were not bothered for deactivation, they just kept on postponing telling that they will solve it. I strictly requested for deactivation on 24/12/12 with complaint no 12535799443.But I don't know why the connection is not yet deactivated and I received a call from tikona on 08/01/2012 for payment of bill of rs.456.53 for the period 22/11/2012 to 15/12/2012.I asked the status of my connection he told it is active and I am surprised to why these people are acting like this. After so many requests for deactivation of connection, they have not yet deactivated it and I have not used the broadband after I requested for deactivation,moreover they have generated one more bill of rs.1398.11 for the period of 15/12/12 to 14/01/13. So I request you to help me in this regard.Following are the complaint nos.

My payment is lost in Tikona Crisis Please Help...

Dear Sir/Madam,

Please Help!

I am the old customer of Tikona, and I disconnected my connection last year in April after that now I applied for new connection on 20 July 2012. I made online payment of Rs. 2246.08 but after two days I got a call from Tikona that my bill is pending and they are adjusting the payment in my last bill. I explain that I don’t have to pay any amount to Tikona for any last bills. Then I made a complaint in customer care and to local agents from both side I got response that I don’t have to pay any amount to Tikona and they also told me that they are closing my new account and I can use my old account but I was getting the old plan FUL799 with 750kbps then I complaint for the speed because I applied for 2mbps plan and now everyone tell me different story and local area staff are not tacking my calls.

regarding low grade services

I am writing this letter with utter frustration and disgrace.

I got Tikona installed on January 22, 2012. My customer ID : 1105517861.
I was given a demo regarding its use. Ever since then, I have tried many times but I am unable to get internet connection.
So, this is to bring to your notice that, I have been following up with the Tikona officials (customer service) for nearly a week. My complaint was registered and I was reassured that my problems will be rectified within 3-4 hours. The complain no. given to me was 1-2130488380. The call was being disconnected on being asked for being transferred to the higher authority.

I have spent nearly 2 hours of my time and phone bill talking to customer care staff. I am not getting support from the technical staff. It has become very difficult for me to sustain without the connection as I do many of the Official work from Home .

Based upon the highly dissatisfying service, I have decided to disconnect my connection. I have already forwarded a request. Based upon my grievances, I need a complete refund of the entire amount that I have given, in lieu of the fact that I have not been able to use the service till now because of their incompetency. The disconnection request no. is 1-2135187445.

It has caused me a huge mental distress and a lot of trouble both professionally and personally. Please look into the matter and get me a complete refund as soon as possible.

Internet connection

Internet connection. My self dhrudip thakkar using Internet connection of Tikona Digital Networks for last four months and submit more than 25 complain within this period without any result. Its fraud company. You never get enough speed. This is new company in India updating process is going on so minimum twice in week u found server is down. after sales service is totally drama. Don’t use it……

Download speed is reducing day by day

This Laxmi Narasimha Rao from A.P,Hyd, I think "Tikona Digital Networks" will never listen my problem. If this continues I had to cancel my internet and this is last if u not correct my internet download speed on the connection day the speed is 297kbps ( transfer rate is 37 KB/sec ) and on friday it is 115kbps ( transfer rate is 14.39 KB/sec ) and today i.e, sunday it is 68kbps ( transfer rate is 8.48 KB/sec )
please correct it please..........
