Satisfied with Technical Support – Tikona Cust Appreciation
Hi,
This is feedbck from me is your team handled my recent complaint quickly.after launching a complaint at your customer support,within one day the technical engineer came at my place and resolve the problem,he exchanged the power adapter,I am satisfied with your technical support and i appreciate Mr.Rupesh from escalation desk and also Pradnya they immediate gave me service.Tikona technical support is better than other services.I hope i will get the same in future.

Suggestions that Work – Tikona Cust Appreciation

Thank you for support for solving the problem.
Problem: limited or no connectivity showing on the LAN connection symbol.
Your suggestions;:
1) 2 times switch off the tikona LAN power adaptor for 30 seconds and again switch on. ( But that is not worked.)
2)Remove the LAN cable and connect. That is worked.
