Renault's Trident Auto Service Centre Yelahanka

I have visited Renault service center Trident Auto Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. , Yelahanka 4 times to resolve a wheel rim change issue, it still remains un-resolvedd as i am writing this complaint.

1st visit : To get advise from service advisor if wheel rim needs to be changed.
Service advisor Anoop Bhaskar informed Technicians are unavailable to check the wheel rim needs to be changed or rectified. I had to leave without any advise.

2nd visit : Revisit to check if wheel rim needs to be changed.
Service advisor Anoop Bhaskar informed it will be required to change wheel. Costing approx. INR 3.5K ~ INR 3.8K.
Wheel rim are slow moving items not kept in stock and will have to be ordered to factory for replacement on advance payment.

3rd visit : 24Nov.18 for advance payment
I met Nayana at reception. I paid advance of INR 2000 to accounts. Delivery time verbally informed was 27th / 28t Nov.18.

4th visit : 07Dec.18 for getting the wheel rim fixed.
On prior confirmation by Priya , visited service centre to fix the wheel rim. Service advisor Sunil attended. Pre-Job sheet SR No. - SRBAJP190188349 was opened. It was later intimated received part is a black color wheel rim instead of the silver color ordered.
I will now have to revisit service centre.

My complaint:
- verbal quote given by service advisor of INR 3.5K to INR 3.8K was 2 times actual part price of INR 1.7K. Fortunately i had called Renault whitefield to check on quote and they had informed it should be INR 2K. Then when i challenged the service advisor they agreed pricing would be around INR 2K. Whats happenning here ?

- Despite 4 visits the service centre could not resolve issue. They could not explain why delivery time was 2weeks after advance payment. Further wrong part received was noticed only during my 4th visit. why it was not noticed before during goods inward. whats happenning here ? The service centre informed Renault factory has shipped wrong part whereas their order was to them was correct. On requesting order details to write to Renault directly they informed it is internally and could not be shared , well i then on verbal communication as service centre is authorised by Renault i blame Renault for wrong shipment.

The above has caused me my time, money and mental stress.
I therefore would not consider this service center for future and my next vehicle will not be a Renault.

I have copies of job sheet, advance payment receipt , Tax Invoice (zero value for closing unresolved job sheet).
