Balance Deduction

Sir, I am Rahul Kumar. My No. is +918271151199 (Uninor). Tomorrow I have checked my account balance around 3-4 PM it showed that I still have 42 MB of Data Balance. So, I surfed the Internet, today I checked my Balance it flash Rs. 101.73, it means my telecom provider deducted around Rs. 130. As soon as I acknowledged it, I called to complaint only no. 198 and told all the issues. They confirmed me that balance is deducted under data usage. I didn't get any type of SMS that my Data Balance is exhausted. The customer care told that due to some technical issue SMS wasn't delivered. Then who is responsible for this technical issue? Who should bear the cost of technical issue? But today morning I got a message that I have still 480.00 GPRS left in my account. Then why my balance is got deducted? Why they sending such type of SMS to making fool customer? I want my balance refunded. This all have done due to the technical issue of my service provider. So, the cost of inconvenience should be born by the provider itself.
I have attached a copy of screenshot which has been sent by the uninor today that I have 480.00 GPRS balance.

Network issue

Dear Sir,
Humare yaha uninor kaa network problem pichle 1 month se ho raha hai. Uninor care mein already mai 4-5 times complain kar chuka hu. But woha har baar bataya jata hai ki aapka problem solve kar diya gaya hai. but abhi tak koi sudhaar nahi kiya gaya hai.Din bhar me about 20 times network emergency mode me chla jata hai.
Sir try to understand my problem and kindly solve it. I shall be grateful to you.

Abusive & Harassment

Yesterday received call from Uninor no. 9155014012 at 11 P.M, there were 3 or more guys harassing and abusing from other side. I have blocked that number but want actions to be taken against them, so they don't dare to harass other. This number belong to Anupam Kumar, Father's name: Sunil Kumar, Address: Surajpur, Hulasganj, Dist. Jahanabad.. Pls let me know what actions have been taken or do i need to complain in Police Station.

bad service

Sir, I wanted to extend the validity of my uninor no (8935811517), for this I contacted the customer care representative. They told me to do a coupon recharge of rs20 so I did bt it failed so I re-contacted the customer care representative this time they said try an easy recharge of rs 5, I tried this also bt this also got failed

through my SBI Internet Banking wide your receipt No:############IG0AETANS8 TRANSFER TO 30993845637 AVENUE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. But, recharge was not done. Also no refund is received till now.

he abused me

Sir,I Sujeet kumar my mobile number is 9006920008.I have called a customer care executive at night between 12.30-12.48.he abused me and behaving like a local lunatic.I was worried about my network problem from one month.I have tried many times but my Uninor number was not working on Airtel number.so,I was worrid.,then I called but he told me that kya kaam hair bolo na yaar.after that he behaved like a lunetic and abused me very badly.

Termination of cellular services

I had been using a uninor number, 9122210049, it was a dealer number issued to me for my recharge shop located at exhibition road patna. I was not using the number for recharge purposes, though on account of low tariff of the company i used the same for my personal use. The company has terminated the same with effect from october 2011 & inspite of my regular efforts, my issue has not been resolved. I mailed the appellate authority & the way they replied me with attitude can be read in the conversation below :

My mail

"I was using a uninor number(9122210049) from last three years or so,
services of which discontinued from last October. This Sim was issued
on my father's name(Mr. Pritam Singh Saluja) and still have an active
status as confirmed by the help center. Sim card when inserted in
mobile does not connects to the uninor network and when anyone use to
call that number an error message describing that the number doesn't
exists is heard. I even tried to change the sim card from local uninor
store but was unsuccessful with the attempt.
I want to know what is the solution to my problem and under what terms
of agreement service to my number has been so long suspended.
Please revert as soon as possible.""

And the authority responded to me as below :

"Dear Mr. Gurpreet Singh Saluja,

In response to your E-mail “Removal of IMSI from HLR” dated 28th –May -2012 .

The concerned SIM was an E-Load SIM for business purpose of your POS and not for use as a customer. The balance in the said SIM was loaded only due to the fact that you were acting as a retailer under a Distributor of our distribution channel and not as our customer. Since you had ceased being a part of our distribution channel as a retailer before October 11, the said SIM was de-activated from our system.

Please be informed that you were appointed by our Distributor and there was no direct agreement between you and the company. You were provided with the SIM through the Distributor to facilitate working as per requirement of the system. Your contentions are baseless and hence denied.

You are always welcome to subscribe Uninor connection as a customer.

My point of question is that, whether actually there is no agreement between me and the company, then what for the Customer application form was used at the time of issue of the connection??

The company terminated my services without giving me any warning or intimation, is the action of the company justified??

I had my balance blocked, which is a financial loss to me, is the company justified in its action of causing financial harm to me without any show cause??

I want my number back.
Please take the required action at its earliest to re issue the same number to me.

Outgoing service stopped

I have purchased new connection (SIM) of UNINOR mobile number 8409144327 and recharged it with ISD pack to make cheap ISD call to my mother who is on HAJJ Pilgrimage at Makkah (KSA). But on dated 19/10/2012 out going facility has been stopped by service provider. On telephonic conversation with customer care, representative at other end informed that during verification of documentary proof, it is not found valid. Since I have submitted photo copy of my passport as documentary proof duly signed my myself.

Sir, it clearly denotes that the documentary proof submitted by myself has been misused at their (UNINOR Office) end. Sir, guide them to return my documentary proof what I have submitted if it invalid for the said connection or otherwise, to restore the outgoing facility of the said connection.

messages and phonecalls

+919126239108, this is the uninor number from which the calls are coming. The voice behind uses very bad slang languages and also very abusive in nature. I have to cut the calls many times. But day by day the no of calls is increasing and it is very annoying.
So I request you kindly to takes necessary steps to block this uninor number and send details of this number to my email id i.e aidit.bhattacharya@gmail.com
