Complaint against Noise Pollution

It is inform that in my residential area running Mattress filling industriy as i am a student i get disturbed and unable to cope up with my studies. they recently rent out this residential premises and now illegally using it for commercial activities,
all of my neighbourhood in my building are fed of these guys and the noise pollution they are creating and there is constant vibration in the whole building as they are working in basement.
I request to the authorities to consider my request seriously to take action for this complaint.
