Sir , i am applicant of postmatric up scholarship 2019-20 from other state scheme . i am dependent on this scholarship for my institutes fees. i am currently study in some university outside UP. From last few months i have seen this status written "Maintenance Allowance & Fee Reimbursement Amount Not Disbursed Due To Unavailability Of Fund" . My college registration process also starts.
