Remittance of amount to wrong account

Dear Sir/Ma’am,


I’m Rudresh.S, having Savings account in State bank of India bearing account number 36984335011 and contact number 7760010039 which is linked to UPI having UPI ID [email protected]

I had to receive Rs. 24,700/- from 98447 41873 (linked to UPI) bearing UPI ID [email protected] having Transaction ID ############ which was made via Samsung Pay on 28/09/2020 at 01.07PM. But, it has been credited to wrong account bearing account number XXXXX281113.

I have requested the bank to hold the transaction and hence the third party is not able to withdraw the same.

And also I was informed from Bank’s end that two more UPIs have been linked to my Contact Number which does not belong to me.

I request you to prioritize the issue and reverse the transaction at the earliest.
