I booked a waitlist appointment for my Blue Card Visa with VFS on 31st October, they never sent me any notification email to book the appointment and later when I complained they said they sent it to me, but I never received the emails, then while I was calling and complaining about this, they never provided resolution for this problem and suddenly I got all the notification emails on 30th November morning 4 AM.

Now VFS is not ready to accept their mistake neither are they ready to provide any resolution for this issue whether they did not provide me the opportunity to book the appointment for my Visa application. The embassy also does not accept the Visa application for Blue Card Visas, all the applications are processed via VFS under the Chennai Consulate.

I have lost time, effort and opportunity of joining my job earlier because of VFS.
