मेरा व्हिडिओकॉन d2h अकाउंट पिचले पाच दिन से बंद किया है.... मेरे अकाउंट मे बॅलन्स भी है फिर भि बंद किया है..... कस्टमर केअर को फोन लागाया तो.... 30 मिनिट तक वैटिंग पर रखते है बाद मे काट देते है फोन... दिन मे 4 /5 बार फोन लागा राहा हू एक बार भि नही उठते फोन.... मेरा अकाउंट चालू.. कर दो.... बोहत हाल हो रहे है.... टीव्ही बंद है तो..... प्लीज चालू कर दो..... मेरा id 18632646

Recharge

What should I say now this has become a regular routine everyday I have to face this why the hell you don't understand I as a customer is least interested in your suggestion I dont want any suggestion related to any channel by your side i just want bloody 3 channel and one add-on thats it that too you cant handle are you out off your mind one you add movie active channels no you added TOPPER add-on whats going on remove that I dont want such shity add-on which contains no channel but amount of rs 59.32 can you dumb idiot explain me for wat do you apply me such charges are you beggers or what listen you idiot I just want my channel thats all and I dont want any shitty channel other than that.

please understand I leave far from my parent and the channels is been watched by my parents due to your unnecessary channel changes my parents panic a lot please do understand or I have to change my service provider everyday this shit is not possible for me to handle .

As per Tari I m trying to change package ...But updating or support is worst... Bhai hamare mehnat ke paise aapko fokat me nhi dena chahte ... Ager service nhi de sakte ... Aap trouble hai isliye customer ko mt looto. Acchi bat nhi.

poor service

My setup box was not properly working, On 20.03.2019 companies service engineer has replaced my setup box. Till date my service has started giving message that your smart card is not paired with setup box.

Smart card not paired with my new set-up box

I am customer of Videocon d2h my id is 19650990. My set-up box was not properly working after launching complaint service engineer of Videocon d2h has replaced my set-up box on 21/03/2019 till date my smart card has not paired. Form last three days I am contacting to the service engineer he is tell that there is problem is system. From three days I am trying to contact to customer care but no response is getting me. Kindly look into the matter an do needful.

Invalid debit charges from account

I got promotional call from videocon d2h services regarding free subscription of movies active channnel channel no.222 for one month but after 2 weeks videocon d2h charged me for same channel.
I called 10 times to customer care but no solution come up, now it is been told me that the channel is not free.
Poor service from videocon d2h.
I need refund of money charged for movies active channel and request immediately dicontinue the channel.

Channel not play to continue only d2h home channel play

My videocon d2h not working in properly I just calling to call center but he didn't not resolve my query. His d2h only home channel is playing but other channels not a play I have 5 times complaint on customer care because next day engineer come on my home & 15 minit work 250/- charge off service charge total charges 1250/- paid in after 9 month because no excuse for me today calling for customer care we speak to complaint because next day 250/- charge we have not permanent solveion so plz help us

my videocon d2h recharge is not done but payment is cut from my bank account

Hi Sir/Madam,

I was doing videocon d2h recharge of amount 380 , but in that my payment was debited from my bank account but recharge is not successfull.
Kindly return my amount to bank account or make recharge successfull.

not received the product

I have ordered one bajaj hand blender and a videocon d2h with six months gold pack via order no. 593665 at letsbuy.com on 26.10.2011. after some days i received only bajaj hand blender with a letter that videocon d2h will be delivered to me soon. from thereafter i am regularly making calls to letsbuy but every now and than they are telling that videocon d2h is out of stock and the product will be shipped to me in next 48 hrs. already its 6-7 times that i had made a call to letsbuy and around one and half month is over yet i have not received my product.
