Recharge Not Credited to My D2h Account

Hello Sir/Madam,

I have Recharged online on Videocon D2h website only, through My State Bank of India, Belgaum, Karnataka State, S.B. A/c. 31086291385 crediting Avenues India Private Limited vide Transaction Ref. No. ############IGAGFOVUW0 on 27-05-2019 at 09.30 p.m. i.e. yesterday. Till now, Neither it has been credited to My VD2h Account # 177000456 Nor Refunded to My S.B. A/c. as refused and refunded to me for not crediting VD2h Account no. 177000456 till now. Kindly look into this matter and resolve this issue immediately.

My Videocon D2h Complaint no. 721516367 dated 27-05-2019 still stands open and not as resolved as mentioned by the Videocon D2h Customer Care Dept..

Regarding mismatch in balance and due date

Regarding mismatch in balance and due date

I have recharged my videocon d2h on dated 04/05/2019 my customer id is :174523110 with 300 rupees which didnt get updated on my TV setup box display for which i have logged in to videocon d2h portal and checked the balance there and surprisingly it was showing me proper details but still whenever i checked on my tv screen i found a deviated balance as 10.75 rupees and it was valid till 06/05/2019 and is showing me that my last recharge done was 04/04/2019. after which i called customer care several times and they gave me some different reasons and also said that it will be resolved on 05/05/2019 but unfortunately it wasn't updated and i called them back and spoke to Mr. Amritanshu Sharma (customer support executive) and i got a wonderful reply from him that he will raise a complaint regarding this and shortly an engineer will visit my place and rectify it and for that i will be charged Rs 200/- but i dont understand the updation mistake is from their end and why the hell i am suppose to pay for it .... is this the kind of worst service we shall be expecting from them. and very pathetic service from videocon d2h. this is the simply way for videocon d2h to make money illegally by violating all working ethics. Their supervisors are always busy more than a Prime Ministers and we the customers are suppose to wait for them for long hours as if they are providing a free service.

Recharge done for 2Months package but service received only 1month.

Dear Team,

As per your customer care communication I have recharged the amount for 2 month subscription. (Only Kannada channel packages) that my be add-on Kannada. But I didn't get the chanls as per norms.

In my location only 3-4 hr power supply is there, hence I'm requested you for lesser amount plan From your end. I am 6+ your old customer to your organization. As per your suggestions I recharged the amount.

I am not superb any SMS. Call service from your organization. And not given any written request. After recharge we are getting lot of calls from your unknown span calls?

And I don't know about You loan department details contact numbers name. Even in that department no one is my relative. And I didn't asked any loan & any extra service.
But You customer service executive telling that we are taken ₹50 loan. ?

Before 2 month my services is disconnected, For that I am so many times requested to your customer care executive. As well as supervisor . But no use, since from last 1+ years services are disconnected. They are asking extra amount recharge to start the service.

Regarding this kindly any one stand in customer place & help me.

1st time For your service set of box I have paid ₹3500/- to your technical support executive.

Not giving the Refund

I have recharged the Dth product (Videocon D2h) on 6 th of Jan 2014 through net banking from the website of videocon D2h the transaction is failure and the money is (Rs 200) deducted from my account. when i call the customer care they told me the money will be refunded within 36 hours. till now they will not give me the refund and they are telling it will add to your account balance i told them i'm leaving the place so i want refund only they agree to it on 9 th of jan 2014 and they told me before 11 jan 2014 you will get the refund from that day onwardas i,m calling for refund every time they are giving me a new complaint no already i have 5 complaint for the same

my Videocon D2H id 61050968 the connection is in the name of my father Zachariah

i'm looking forward to settle this one and get the refund back
