Monthly subscription

Sir ,I have recharged my Videocon d2h service with₹220.00 on April 26th.They remembered then the next recharge date is.26.5 2019.But today I got a massage that today recharge my connection other wise it will be discontinued. I contacted the customer service centre and I got the worst service about.My Videocon customer id is 65256295.. Please take any action about this.

IRESPONCIBLE BEHAVING

i had get a call at vediocon d2h service in the date 03/03/2019 and one off lady told me this is the call from vediocon and u please select your channels for the new package for problem caused by the TRI's order. i say ok then i select the channels and she said ok u please reacharged rs 999 and u get the channels us soon us possible and u get 3 months validity and get one month free also so i agreed her conditions and i reacharged my account that day and i get channels. then after 3 days some of channels will be stopped, so i call the customer care nobody can respond proper way and behaving very bad and they also treat me like us a begger,and finaly they say your account has refreshed then u have get only one month validity and then if u get this channels u should pay rs 857 per month and they clossed my call.what a shame behaviour this. so it is a cheating so i go to complaint TRI. only waiting just 2 days so contact me with in 2 days otherwaise i defenitily complaint at TELECOME AUTHORITY OF INDIA.

Non service of packages

Its regarding my complaint to videocon d2h am a videocon d2h user from past 1 year and from this month (feb 03) am facing some issues with my channels its because i choose my channel from videocon d2h as per trai's instructions and i select my personal fav channel and also i confirmed with this with cc and they told me to recharge for 801 rs for one month but i didnt get my channels like surya tv hd , asianet movies , star sports 10 hd and may more when i raised my query with them they told me to wait 5 days but even after waiting no updates from their side and i was on the same old package so i again contacted them but no response from their end . And on 19th of feb i lost all my channels and my ac bal was zero (0rs) and i contacted them several times and mailed their nodal officer too but still no response and at last they told me to recharge for 998 and i done that recharge today as on 25th feb and i got few channels but am on my same old package and still i dont have my fav channel(my new package still not updated) and recently the cc agent told me they can fix the issue by e tech visit but i need to pay for this , my question is why should i pay for your fault its completely their issue so am not going to pay a single rupee for this but i need a solution for this asap tv my customer id : 72013660 my reg no : 9495795317 my email id : [email protected]

Cheating

Sir,
I start my Videocon d2h connection 4 month ago.i am taking this new connection because my old Videocon d2h settop box not worked properly( board short due to overload electricity) . I take an advice from a videocon service man, he adviced me to take new connection. I changed my settop box with new connection at the amount of 1400₹. But that videocon d2h service man doesn't give new remote control. I am contacted coustomer care, they told to new connection have set top box, remote, cable, code and dish for only 1400₹. But at the same rate i never get the other items.I always have dish and cable, so i requsted for the new remote but the Videocon d2h service man says, for only set top box you don't get new remote. On the same prize we don't get enough equipments. I make a complaint on customercare but they don't take any further actions. Please kindly take my complaint and properly solve this.
