No calls received from service engineer after repeated follow up with Customer care

6 days back I raised first complaint regarding Remote replacement.Customer care assured for service within 24 hours but no one came and I got a feedback massage on my phone regarding service quality. This is strange.....No one came for service and the Complaint has been closed by them ....I mean it is ridiculous.How this can happen !!!!

Again I called customer care for the issue but till now no one responded from service team.I am following up with customer care but same answer I am getting"Within next 24 hours our Engineer will call you and solve the issue". Already 6*24 hours passed.

And I am paying for these days also even after I am not able to use D2h. What is happening with D2H now a days???

Setupbox Change

we have complaint about changing the DTH box we have complaint on 14th they said not registered again we made several calls. againg they took complaint on 19th. evey day i am complaining everytime telling the same thing we will send our engineer. till now till date one engineer came and said that no boxes avaialble. if its a new connection it will be same ? i have been using dth from past 5 years. i have never faced this kind of problem. it has become so worst that after complaining they saying so simple that your complaint has been closed. how can it be. we been trying to reach every day.

It's better to see program at your mobile rather than taking videocon connection their technician are cheaters and fraud person and company doesn't care about that even they don't have guts to take any action against their technician

  I made several complaints regarding a new d2h remote in last 13 days.Everytime my complaint has been logged in and been asked to wait for 24hrs and your engineer will come and provide me a new [email protected]/- but nobody is replying of that complaint and after few days a message appears in my mobile that your complaint has been resolved successfully.


   Please look into my matter and solve it as soon as possible as my family is being unable to watch tv since last 13 days.

Service not runing

Dear Team,

I am Rinku ( Gyanander) from Village tajupur sector 100 greater faridabad. We have recharged our account on last Sunday (19.05.19) and cust. id 52387571 and we have not access any channel then we have raised complaint engineer visit and visit was successfully for the same and charges 200/- on cash and we have pay the same. but we have face the same issue during service before starts. And we have raised the again complaint by yesterday and compliant no 719563762 but still not resolve the issue and already over the 24 hours. Please do the needful. if any concern please revert urgently. Other i will see you consumer court understand.
