NO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER CARE OR NODAL OFFICER

My consumer Number is 92339675. I have been with videocon from around 2012 or so. Since the new TRAI regulations came into picture I have not been able to see TV for a single day. I have tried contacting D2H on their email ([email protected]), Customer Care Number provided on their website and even their Nodal officers but no one is responding. My set top box keeps rebooting without showing anything on the screen.

The so called reset which has been done by them is also not working. Worst of all, most of the times neither their website loads nor does any of the number provided on the website work. To top it all even the numbers provided for the nodal officers are invalid and do not go through. I recharged my D2H as well thinking they will respond to my emails and help this problem but nothing happened. So videocon now has my money and is not even providing any service or even having a proper customer redressal system in place. THEY ARE THE WORST AND MOST HOPELESS BUNCH I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS AND I WOULD STRONGLY SUGGEST EVERYONE TO NEVER GO WITH VIDEOCON AGAIN.

I am looking at legal options now and get my money back. VIDEOCON NEVER AGAIN.

Hopeless Videocon D2H

Spilling the beans:

Videodon D2H what the hell do you think of yourselves that customer are your slaves or what. Damn on you folks.

From Jan 28th I had been calling everyday(no doubt after trying 100+ time the call gets connected and you guys don’t have courtsey to respond to emails as well) to you folks with the complaints that I am not able to view the channels and everytime you guys confirms the channel packs and say it would be processed. Now it has been more than a Month I am not able to view any channels regardless of multiple calls you guys says it will be resolved but shame nothing, nothing has been done. Having sufficient balance the screen says “Insufficient Balance” and when I call the executive they say in 10minutes. I believe right now the 10mins wait duration is almost over a month now but none of my queries got resolved.

Icing on the cake: Your customer care executives are so bad at communication they don’t understand simple Hindi or English and are very rude.

With all this trouble and all the conversations which I have recorded while discussing with you I am going to lodge a complaint with all the proofs that how you guys are cheating the customer.

Have some shame on your shameless face. Had it been other service providers I wouldn’t have faced such issues.

So videocon d2h team rather asking me to call or mail, check the call logs against the customer ID and see howmany complaints has been raised.

Videocon d2h not showing any channels

It's really painful. I just wanted to know whether you closed down your network and the company itslef. I have recharged and selected my list of channels after a very long and painful try, but all of a sudden no channels are shown. None of your customer care number ever working. Your website and mobile app is the worst available in the store and net.

Paid for the services but not able to view selected TV channels

I renewed my Gold Marathi Combo Pack along with ZEETALKIES HD on 20.02.2019 by paying Rs.294/- My Customer. ID is 145565314.

In Gold Marathi Combo pack there is one star sport channel. While selecting the pack I asked the Customer care representative that can I watch the current India Australia T20 & ODI on this channel ? He replied Yes you can watch.

Till 28.02.2019 at 16.23 hrs I am not able to see the selected Gold Marathi Combo channel Pack.

I made lot of phone calls to their customer service but most of the time the call is kept on hold forced to listen to the music and after 7 to 8 minutes it got disconnected automatically saying that THANK YOU FOR CALLING D2H.

When my call got connected the customer care representative used to apologize for the inconvenience in the trained language but no results.

I asked them to check and let me know the reason for not viewing the channels they said it is the system error you contact after 30 minutes and your problem will be solved. But for last 8 days my problem is not solved.

I got connected to the customer care on 25.02.2019 and asked for my solution to the representative he said your pack will be activated soon but you will have to pay for the sport channel to view the cricket match between India and Australia because it is not the part of your Gold Marathi Combo pack therefore I asked him to add the required sports HD channel with additional charges and asked him to change my recharge date with out changing Gold Marathi Combo pack. I waited for a day but as usual the call did not got connected or when it got connected I got the answer in trained language.

On 27.02.2019 when my call got connected the supervisor said your pack is changed as per call dated 25.02.2019 and you will not be able to view any of the Marathi channel but he did not confirmed which is my current pack. I was shocked since I am Marathi its of no use to see the other channel instead of Marathi channels. I asked the supervisor the reason for changing the pack he said on your instruction on 25.02.2019 we changed the pack and it cannot be changed now.

I was surprise that if you can change the pack as per my instruction which I did not gave at all and refusing to change the pack as per my instruction which I am asking. This logic is un-digestible.

I ask the supervisor to refund my amount.He said it is not the policy of the company. Means it is the policy of the company to take the money from customers not provide them the service, for the mistake of customer care staff customer will suffer and he will not get the refund also for not viewing the selected pack.

He logged the complaint on 27.02.2019 with complaint no. 692805148 and send me the message that it will get resolved till Thursday, 28.02.2019 before 12.44 PM. But no results.

All this is the narration of the conversation with the customer care representative from time to time when got connected.

I want that my required Gold Marathi Combo pack should be activated immediately along with other HD channel which I selected for no extra cost.

At the same time my next recharge date will be extended for the number of days for which I was unable to view the Marathi channels.

poor service, helpless customer care.

Respected Sir/Madam,
with due to respect i would like to tell you that Videocon d2h customer care representatives are not helpful and could not able to solve my problems. My problem is that i cant able to see some 5 to 6 numbers of channels which are already included into my previous base pack .As I told them that these channels are very important for me and i want those back as soon as possible but they did not response so now i am writing my complains here.According to trai's new rules this compay is also not able to migrate my new pack although I did my selection properly and submitted it on there website https://www.d2h.com but now i am not talking about new plan ,i am talking about the old plan and they told me previously that there will be no interruption or any problem ,but now i am facing lots of interruption and problems. sir i dont need any problem regarding this issues because i am paying lots of money and i am also telling you that this company has a very poor service. There is also sufficient balance into my account although i am not able to see some important channels . I told to customer care but they did not solved it. But how far i know the new rules of TRAI's are already available in market but this company did not migrate my new plans and selection. I therefore, request you as a customer kindly make a serious step and kindly help me to solve my problems.

First of all, my experience with Videocon has to be the worst experience. Ever since the TRAI rule has been instructed the Videocon service and the customer care people have become clueless. The customer care people refuse to give any information regarding subscription of channels informing that they don't have updates and they refused to downgrade or upgrade the channels, the keep on saying that the details are in d2h app and as per their suggestion I selected the package in d2h app on 19/2/2019 and paid 318 but from 26th February onwards the services of few selected channels including zoom, Asianet movies, Asianet, Flowers etc has been cancelled citing the reason that it is not included in the package. Before drafting this complaint I tried contacting the customer care and I got connected to customer care people after the continuous effort of 2 hour. And they recited the same dialogue that because of system error they cannot accept the complaint nor does they have the option to check the updates. The amount we spent on setbox is the only reason I am still using Videocon. I hope they resolve the issue and at least the basics ethics in providing the standard service for the money they charge from the customers.

Channels not coming

My customer ID is 25279016
I am not able to view my selected pack of channels despite submitting my desired pack many times on your website as well as channel number 997. Very few channels are coming.
The problem started from 4 Feb 2019 and even after so many days the issue has not been resolved.
Your customer care service is unable to help. They are giving excuses like “server down” or “technical error” but why should the customer suffer despite making all the payments on time.
I have written many e mails also to your customer care dept but of no help.

I have recharged my videocon d2h 17th feb 2019. recharge was done successfully but channel isn't working yet. I am continuously calling to customer care number for channel selection but till today i cant able yo connect them as every time when i select to speak with customer care option to check mera wala plan but all time they are putting me on hold and says that all calls are busy ...after few minutes the call automatically disconnect...and when i trying to login at official site...the funniest thing is that you are saying to put registered mail or phone no after putting that i am not receiving OTP or Password.After tan i have installed D2H application from android play store and over there also same happen. I have select channel list then process to payment gateway massage is getting to THANK YOU. YOUR DETAILS HAS BEEN SUCCESSFULLY SUBMITTED. WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU SHORTLY.

I just have a question if i have sufficient amount in my D2H account so why you have disconnect my channel before my recharge due date.

our children is very arresting to our family because of they have entertainment for them.

And if you are saying that to change your plan or select your channel as per choice for that do 'this this this' 1st please make sure that its all working correctly.
As per my view or as customer you have to wrong allot to your customer centrality.

And in last i want to say that from 7 years i am using videocon d2h but this type of service i never experienced.

Please if you can look into the same and resolve my issue so it will great help from you.

I am very very very arresting to videocon d2h services.

Do something n solve our issues

Pathetic service

No Channel Broadcasting...for last 6-7 days..Sufficient Balance is there in my account.

neither any old nor any packages being activated in-spite of sufficient balance.

Complete Breach of trust....Your app...website...not working...customer care having no concrete solution...calls get's disconnected by you frequently...ultimately we facing the problems and you people earning bad image for your own business..isn't it.

Are you gonna do something !!!

Non refund of failed recharge transaction

I attempted a recharge from the videocon d2h website and the transaction failed. However, the amount was debited from the bank account and Videocon’s customer care is responding poorly to the repeated complaints. The amount involved is ₹11,415 and I’m seeking a proper redressal and refund of the same.

regarding services

I have been calling you guys with regarding the recharge that i have done on 17/02/2019 , the services havn't been resumed even as of now , i have kept the set top box on as you people always mention but still the result is the same , when i call you guys phone doesn't even connect . When the call got connected the customer service executive mentioned that it was a techical error and will get fix in 15 minutes , but nothing happened as such . i can't even imagine these kind of pathetic services you provide lately . So whom even is the concerned person i insist you to throw some light on this issue ASAP , or else there are lot of unsatisified customers who are actually willing to terminate the connection .

Pathetic Service and Service discontinuity

My D2H is not working since last 2 days, I am completely fed up in speaking to your customer care executive. I don't think there is basic concern towards customer issue, I have attached one of the audio transcript of your customer care executive, I hope all your customer care calls are recorded as well, request you to listen all my call for last 2 days and take necessary corrective action to resolve the issue and individual who have given false promises.

Issues is I am able to view only free channels, and I am not getting any of the subscribed channels. Customer Care Executive claims service engineer should resolve the issue, service engineer says customer care executive should resolve the issue...

I would expect a call at the earliest to resolve the issue...

No Channels

Hello,

I have recharged my account with 530 rs but in my balance it is showing 0. I have contacted Customer Care for few times and they are saying our servers are down every time.

After making recharge of 530 i am not getting any channel and it is showing recharge now. Can you please check it out ASAP?
