New Pack is not active(Services stopped)

Dear all

Really this company is so pathetic in customer service section , cant express my feelings. My action is active but services are off due to new TRAI rules. They gave an option to select pack in online account of d2h section , and after selecting pack , display box occur with message that your pack has been migrated and we will get back to you shortly. It's been three days , i have not got any call from their side , no response on emails neither their customer care number is connecting(Always busy). Dont know what to do, wasted my money in this pathetic service.

D2H subscribed channels are not available

I am not able to view channels subscribed for past 3 days, your customer care is really pathetic they are not able to resolve. only update i get is we have send the request and recheck after 10 min, this is happening for past 3 days. Even escalation to supervisor is of no use, they really dont care. They promised for call from manager which never happened. To my surprise its closed with comment stating i dint pick the call. Finally i was told i need to again pay 200 to service engineer to visit and resolve(wherein i have already paid for subscribed channels), but service engineer say this error need to be resolved from customer care...

Ur Nodal officer just sleeps never responds to mail or picks the call... I have recharged for 3000, can you please arrange for refund.. i am more than happy to transfer to other connections

Channel Selection (TRAI)

As per TRAI's directives, customers are free to pick channels and pay. I have picked up my channels under "pick your own channel" section on the website. Now what next???

The customer care (both email and numbers are not responding).. Cc numbers not working at all.

Earlier, I had login issues due to which I could not recharge... I know there are other ways... But still it's a pain for customers to connect with CC for these issues. They rude also.

If you guys want to be in the business then do provide good customer services otherwise I need to switch over to other service providers.

Videocon D2H not providing the new rates of Channels

I am Videocon D2H 96761111 subscriber for last 6 years, recently 31 Jan 2018 new rates of channels has been provided to consumers , I requested Videocon D2H to update my channels list but they are not ready to change my channel list and they are charging according to old rates. They are charging according to ols packs. Even I requested them twice to reject my old pack and provide me only 187 mandatory channels, but still they are providing me the service of old service and charging 580 Rs/Month.

I have porblem to videocon d2h customer care

i am citizen of nangli vihar extn. I have issue regarding videocon d2h, recently recharged my setup box but the channels are not coming. since 1 days and i have tried a lot of time to connect your customer care service but they all have set their ringtones as they are busy oin another calls. No one picking my calls and i am totally disappointed from your service.
if you doesn't cure my i will switch to another company.

Poor response from D2H

I have been selecting the package from website when ever it is up . And submitting it.
I have 2 stb connections. One STB D2H has given more channels than I asked. Second STB, there are no channels coming.
My balance is around INR4000. It has been 15 days and no viewing is possible on my second connection..While selecting in website, I cannot select the product. They keep asking so many questions with out any resolution.
They are reducing my subscription balance on a daily basis. With out any package
I suggest no one select D2H as their vendor

very poor service........

since last one week i am trying to change my plan as per new rules but they are not at all responding in any manner.....so hopeless.
neither on call nor on website solving problems. very reduculas.......shame on u .....if you not able handle than leave it but dont fool to customers

Recharge Failed everytime

Its been 2 weeks,
WebSite is down for recharge, they are not accepting even paytm reacharge.
Customer care is not available.
How to reacharge than?
Never ever choose now videocon d2h.

Poor Service..Fed up

I am trying to login through website and i am continuously getting issue as 504.Called customer care but customer care executive said that website is working from their end.Here my question is that if i am not able to login the website and your cust,care exec.can able,will it resolve my issue? also dont know how to select packages.Please give me path.

worst and fakeful service from videocon

From last 1 week i am continusly calling in customer care number for channel selection but till today i cant able yo connect them as every time when i select to speak with customer care option to check mera wala plan but all time they are putting me on hold and says that all calls are buzy ...after few minutes the call automatically disconnect...and when i trying to loggin at official site...the funniest thing is that you are saying to put registered mail or phone no after putting tha i am not receiving OTP or Password.After tan i have installed D2H application from andtoid play store and over there also same happen.After this aal doing i have visited to channel no 997 i have selected the pack and i have received the msg of my package amount of Rs.320/- and same i have did in morning but no channel was activated.

I just have a question if i have sufficient amount in my D2H account so why you have disconnect my channel before my recharge due date

And if you are saying that to change your plan or select your channel as per choice for thay do 'this this this' 1st please make sure that its all working correctly.
As per my view or as customer you have to worl allot to your customer centricity.

And in last i want to say that from 3 to 4 yeasr i am using videocon d2h but this type of service i never experienced.

Please if you can look into the same and resolve my issue so it will great help from you.

Poor service by videocon d2h

This complaint is against videocon d2h.

As per TRAI rule even after selecting my channels. I am still unable to view my:
Infotainment channels (Discovery, History tv, national Geographic, animal planet, national Geographic wild)
Hindi movies(zee cinema, zee action,
Jalsa movies, & pictures, sony max, zee anmol cinema, sony wah, movies ok)
Zoom and Zee cafe is also not coming. Several complaints are lodged but still the problem persist.

No Channel Broadcasting...for last 6-7 days..Sufficient Balance is there in my account.
3 days ago TRAI already ordered to ensure that no DTH customer should get pain for this transition... till 31st Mar 2019.
But Still neither any old/ new packages being activated in-spite of sufficient balance.
False commitments, Complete Breach of trust....Your app...website...not working...customer care having no concrete solution...calls get's disconnected by you frequently...ultimately we facing the problems and you people earning bad image for your own business..isn't it.

Are you people really listening us !!!

D2h does not follow new TRAI rule

Hi,

As per new TRAI rule, I have tried to create custom channel list in d2h website online. There I can see, d2h itself selected 100 channels for me where I can not remove anything from it. If I want to add more channels, it will be counted as 101, 102 and so on. It will avail more network capacity fee for me. As per trailing TRAI rule, only 25 DD channels are mandatory. The remaining 75 channels can be customised by the subscriber under base package of Rs 154. D2h does not accept this rule. The plan that I already submitted in January is not considered by D2h. They created a higher package for me. When I try to modify the package today, I could not modify the first 100 channels. The customer care representative is also informed me that I can't change any channel in the 100 channel package they created. This package is full of shopping channels, religious channels etc apart from mandatory DD channels.

Now I am planning to raise a compliant in TRAI website if I am not getting gustice from D2h.

I have recharged my d2h account Rs. 310 but still channels are not started. No response from your customer care, Phone IVR call and also from email complain.

A scripted response comes from your customer care.

Please do something and start the service.

Customer care representative not adding channels
