Technician unable to solve issues

My customer ID is 197856297. After recharging on 7 Apr the connection doesn't restore. Called customer care twice but there answers was to wait 20 mins for connection to get restored. After 3 days also same answers from technicians. Today Directly spoke with Chennai customer care supervisor ( Vimal Kumar) he did some magic and within a second connection restored. I asked him to extend my due date as I didn't see Dth for 4 days he keeps on insisting that I should have called customer care to resolve the issues. I have already been contacting the customer care for past 3 days what else we need to do.this becomes a daily task for us to call customer care after 9pm after full day of hectic work. Inspite of us calling customer care to resolve issues only we customer are charged. I explained all these things to the supervisor to whom I spoke but his answers are we should call to resolve issues..for the technician issues I had been charged now.. I request Videocon Dth to provide the same customer support which they was providing before this trai..same issues with my relative Videocon DTH connection..

Pathetic Customer Service

We got 2 connections and both of them have been effectively inactive due to service unavailability for over 3 months.

I've complained to them daily over the phone (9115691156) and email. And of course the phone connected only around 2-3 times in 100.

They also said call back after 30 mins almost every time. Pathetic service.

They dont even send an engineer when you complain over the email. In fact they dont even register the complaint over the email.

E18-4 error videocon d2h

There is enough balance in my account but still it's showing E18-4 error. "E18-4 Services not available currently due to technical reasons, will be made available" on all the channels. I Tried calling customer service but no solution. Problem has been since 4 days. No channel is working. Please solve my issue as soon as possible. Videocom d2h helpline is the worst. No help given . Please repair my television

HD Channels not available

Inspite of having paid for the package consisting of hd channels whose expiry date is june 2019, the channels are not working and it is being shown that the channel has not been subscribed which is not true. As a customer we are really disappointed by the service provided since nobody is there to attend to us or respond to our grievances. All the customer service complaint nos.are useless.
