Hi team,

Unable to view many channels that I previously had opted for. Have done the recharge (93481454) still the problem persists.

Customer care nos. do not get connected at all. Am not able to get in touch with any Videocon d2h representative.

Worst customer experience ever.

D2h Setup box not working

Since 3 days Setup Box not booting. After many complaints , no one coming for repair. Always they say 24 hour some one will come to repair. I am loosing money and mental peace . So decide to move to Tata sky . waste service from D2h Videocon .

Vediocon D2H not reachable and not providing services

Last 7 days i was trying to call customer care but it says switch off and no login option in your website.I have been facing disconnection and channel lock issue and no solution from your team as yet .Please resolve this asap and reconnect all my channels again.Customer ID is 97522859.

Channels not coming. Customer care not responding at all

Hi team,

I had done monthly recharge against my subscriber id- 95667768.

However, i am unable to view the star sport channels, and many other channels that were previously available as per my monthly recharge plan of New South Diamond pack of Rs. 475.

The channels that are not available are: Set max, Star sports (All channels), Star gold, Set max, UTV movies, Zee cinema, UTV Action, Movies OK, B4U Movies, Star plus, etc. and many other entertainment channels.

However, these were previously available under the same recharge pack.

Please look into this matter at the earliest, as i am unable to view some of my favourite channels, that were earlier available.

Also, there is no response from your customer care numbers.

This is not the first time that i am experiencing such issues.

Hence, I would request you to call me immediately to get this fixed.

Customer Care Not Reachable

I have been trying to contact the Videocon CC by Phone but the number is not active anymore. The website and App is not working and I am not able to log in through my RTN and Customer ID. I am not able to making changes to my channels. A lot of my previous pack channels have stopped. This is really pathetic service by Videocon.

Looks like they have not applied the TRAI rules yet. They have deliberately stopped all mechanism for customers to call them.

website not working, not enough info about add on channels

Not able to select channels as per my choice, website does not have enough information for all the channel list. They have provided some default pack, and I supposed to recharge for that pack only. Customer care support is useless, they are also not aware about this.

Recharged but not visible in the channel pack

Hello

My Customer ID is 11 99 86 9 28, I have a Super Gold 251 / - on 8th February, 2019 and the due date of my channel is 7 March 2019 but I have not got the benefit. Channel pack channel is not visible within 2 days, Free channels are seen which means that in 130 / - They look like they are visible.
     If you call you are constantly busy. Your service is not well organized. You do not call.
    Please remove my problem as soon as possible and do this for 4 days from the date of my recharge.

Very poor service

Videocon d2h is very bad service provider.
Customer Care not responding calls and Email.
Since 15 days i am not getting any service.
Suggest to all indians pls reject Videocon D2h service.

Service Discontinue early

This is regarding d2h id-151993956.On 16th jan i had rechargd d2h back by 300 rs as per massage validatity of recharge is 30 day i.e till 15 Feb .
However today it was seen that Channel was not viwe and one error massenge are shown-Pls rechage your balance was consumed .

For same today since from morning i am traiying to call on customer care number but call dindnt received.

Pleaese look in to do the Needful .

Not able to activate my pack on d2h

I have been trying to activate my channel pack as per TRAI but nor does the website process the request and the customer care number never gets connected. Even if its connected they say it will get activated in sometime. My money is being deducted for channels which i have not subscribed and the ones which i have subscribed is not shown. Atleast have the basis service ethics to revert to issues of customers. My D2H customer id is 118651820. This is my last resort. Pathetic situation of consumers and wonder what TRAI is doing about it.

WORST SERVICES AND NO BUSINESS ETHICS

VD2H IS THE WORST ORGANISATION EVER WITH NO RESPONSE TO ANY OF THE CALLS WE MAKE. ALSO THE TOLL FREE IS TOTALLY NON FUNCTIONAL AND NOT OPERATIONAL AT ALL.

THOUGH THE TOTAL AMOUNT WAS PAID AND SELECTED THE PACKAGE, THERE ARE NO CHANNELS THAT ARE SHOWING UP. THE PITY IS ATTITUDE OF CARELESSNESS AND IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOUR OF THE VD2H TEAM WITH PARROTING THE SAME ...SYSTEMS ARE SLOW......

No service till yet for last one day inspite of enough balance in my id

Website is not working, phone and toll free are not being connected . No call from Videocon also. Getting frustrated with such a worst d2h provider. My id139788658 recharged with Rs.300 and 205, current balance Rs.547, Due date 1/4/2019.
But unfortunately no service till yet. How can I change me plan as per new rules?

No channel is seen inspite of doing the payment

Hello,

I am not able to login to my Account customer ID is 142812620. Its almost a week i have been trying to login with RTN and email ID but it doesnt allow me to login how to i select channel if i am not able to login, also i am not able to contact the customer care as the lines are failing. Really disappointed with the service even after having a lot balance i am not able to watch channels of my choice.
