pakage selected is not activated

I have selected the super gold pakage which is of Rs.300 and have recharged with it but getting the same channels that I used to recharge with which worth Rs.200.
I have tried the costomer care number 100 of time but it is busy from 3 days.
Please solve my problem.

My account Balance says expiry by 17th Feb but channels are not viewable. There is sufficient amount balance also available.
But it says insufficient balance

And customer care phone numbers are not reachable

I believe dish TV is trying to kill the brand so that consumers may opt to surrender their Videocon connection

Videocon D2H is not working

WHY YOUR CUSTOMER CARE NUMBERS ARE NOT REACHABLE????????

ALL YOUR TOLL FREE NUMBERS are NOT WORKING!!!!!

You took money for the recharge and no service. I have written emails and called several numbers but in vain.

My subscription ID - 96965640. I recharged on 8th and again you are asking me to pay on 10th Feb. What is happening? Additionally, I tried your website d2h.com and the page keeps loading and not allowing me to sign in. The captcha also does not come and its blank. How do you expect me to login??? If you are facing any technical issue - keep your customers informed first. For money, you pop up the message on the TV but why not for such issues????
Your APP is a complete waste where the page keeps loading but nothing works. I hate that the customer care number is the same which is 911569156 and it is NOT WORKING. DO YOU HEAR ME???

I am really frustrated at your service. Solve it or call me.

Trying to reach customer care but 24/7 they are busy. Not even responding to mails and even website is not working always showing some error. Very pathetic service......

Videocon D2h service is worst

Worst service given by Videocon d2h
My customer ID (124308263) trying to reach customer service since 7 days but no response yet everytime we get to hear that customer care toll free number (9115691156) is busy . I am enabled to see any channels as oer TRAI rules now i can watch which ever channel i need but there is no way to select as App is not working, web site are horrible, toll free are worst to get an advice . Still some 300 balance but no use. Please get this solve ASAP.

I have reached balance on 22/1/2019 of 300rupeesand having balance in d2h account 72091765 than to today it's showing insufficient balance.all toll free number and other number are unavailable.. Very poor service and not concerned for customers at all.

E 18-4 Insufficient Balance Error

Videocon D2H Team,

My Customer Id is 125885390. I have more than Rs. 259 balance in my account and still I get the message "Insufficient balance" and I am unable to view any of the channels.
The Videocon d2h website login is not working, the Customer Care number is not working. It is pathetic service and calls for a nation wide boycott to this pathetic service provider. One of the worst d2h service company in India. You are looting the hard earned money of consumers without service.
How could you shutdown the customer service numbers knowingly. This is utter disgrace to Videocon Management. No sense of responsibility but still you charge money everyday without any service.

Irresponsible and not customer oriented

Customer care is of no use and don't know the answer related to their service. As mentioned by every other customer the website is very bad and don't work almost every time.

Even when the website is working rarely at the end you will be forced to watch unnecessary channels (against TRAI rules). Customer care don't have an answer why they are forcing us to select 100 default basic tier channels when there should be an option to select only required channels from it. We hardly need max 50 channels from the basic tier while remaining could be pay channels.

Its like forcing customer to select more channels and don't fulfill the very purpose of TRAI rule.

Very disappointing and sad having went for D2H ......

Videocon D2h no service

Has videocon D2H completely shut down its services? My costumer id - 117704954. i wanted to setup the new plan as per TRAI guidelines. So i have been trying to connect to their customer care number 0115691156, which never connects. Emailed to their customer support mail id - [email protected] with no success either. Even the website - d2h.com is also failing while logging in. In the website after putting the mobile number and OTP the page is going black with no message. D2h infinity app also same problem. Unable to logged in.

last week few of the channels were not getting displayed. and today morning onward all my d2h channels are stopped. even though i have a balance of RS 375/- in my account but still "No Sufficient balance" message is displaying on screen.

SO whom and where to connect to get this matter resolved. or are we left with only option to switch to other service provider? this is really shocking kind of behavior from such a renowned service provider like Videocon D2H. it is looking like a Scam from D2h.

Shows insufficient balance inspite of a successful recharge

Videocon DTH,Your service is pathetic, none of the given customer care number exists neither works. Though I have recharged successfully on 8Feb, today it shows insufficient balance.what kind of service you provide. Videocon website is always down. Is this the service you provide. Very very disappointed.

complaint system is completely broken since 1 Feb. I am a consumer of videocon d2h 13002522.
1) IVR is not picking calls.
2) Not able to raise online complaint due to capcha is not working
3) Some how I am able to select channels as prr TRAI with error"something weent wrong".
4) but now balace insufficient. Not able to understand how this is possible in 7-8 days where I have seeing only few channels.

Not able to select channel using d2h website

Hello,

I am not able to login to my Account mu customer ID is 105461308. Its almost a week i have been trying to login with RTN and email ID but it doesnt allow me to login how to i select channel if i am not able to login, also i am not able to contact the customer care as the lines are always busy. Really disappointed with the service even after having a lot balance i am not able to watch channels of my choice.

Request you to solve the issue at the earliest or else we have to look for other options.

Worst service

We are unable to make changes in package as per new TRAI rules and unable to view most of the channels. Videocon d2h website is down for most of the time and customer care service is pathetic and useless.
