Service deactivated with account recharged two days ago

I extremely regret being a videocon d2h customer due to below reason:

I recharged my account on 29 june with a top up of Rs 100 and service got deactivated on 1 july. When checked with videocon d2h customer care they say auto rental plan is activated on my id. I remember using rental service only in week of january and the customer represenrative confirmed me at that point that it will be valid for that week only. Without my consent and fooling me they kept the service activated for 6 months and earning the amount on that.

If they cant provide the service then why dont they shutter down and stop cheating the customers. Digraceful!!!

Worst Service By Videocon D2H

My Customer ID#67647463, The worst service i have been experiencing. it's been 22 days am facing the issue. daily following up with customer service but they were not able to arrange an engineer for visit in city (hyderabad), Really dissapointed.

Engineer visited once on the 5th day of complaint he replaced the setup box, but left without pairing the smart card to new set up box and now its been 22 days and no engineer visit till date. RIP #videocond2h

Customer care Ill behaviour

I recharged my d2h (165446218) of RS 225 today but it not recharged,I call twice customer care between 10.30 to 10.50pm today 27/6/19 from my mobile number -97922**331,but your customer care are ridiculous,they don't know how to talk,they just received call and says' ha bataiye kya hua'?not mention they name,no wish ,they don't completely listen my issue ,I just said that d2h not recharged by rs225 they said ok I m coming and gone,never came for 20 minute,one tell his name Raja and muted my voice,another didn't even tell his name ,even raja tell his name when I forced,wat a ridiculous team Videocon,I will go to trai ,will cut my d2h if these idiots didn't call me back ,and didn't recharge my account asap.

Regarding customer care are useless

I recharged my d2h account 165446218 today of RS 225 but after amount deducted from my balance recharge not done,I called 2 times customer care from my number 97922***31 but after receiving call customer care are so stupid and battmiz that they pause their fone and talk somewhere else for 10-15 minutes,I waited and says hello hello they don't even reply,firstly they don't tell their name ,if ask for name they says I am raja,they don't even talk what is problem just recv calls and I tell that my recharge not done they goes for check and never return as if no one on call,not ask for consumer id,not my problem ,nothing ,just vanished,if u ask their name they don't want to tell,I called twice from above mobile number +92-97922***31 around 10.30 pm today,will go to trai complaint of these idiots ,and will go to shut my d2h soon

For last 5 days Aisha complaint for signal not available one engineer visited and said to change the camera which we did and also paid 200rs but still issue is persisting .continuously calling customer care and raising the issue but no one is coming .so want service u provide. Just taking the money but no service why you doing cheating now we are paying for the channel and not getting anything to watch

Money deducted for two packages & no service!!

I have requested for change of platinum package to a- la -carte package in March 2019.So I was shown channels of a- la carte since then.But I was shocked on 22nd June to know that my channels has been stopped due to insufficient balance.So when I inquired at toll free no. I was told you have been charged for both the subscriptions.I have been calling daily to refund my money back and also to resume my channels but issuse remains unresolved. Customer care executives tell me to recharge again!And they do not connect us to their seniors! Nodal officer is not picking up phone! Customer care services are very poor!

I called Videocon customer care for new receiver, engineer visited and placed new receiver without receiver clip (which should be with it without clip no use of receiver) I asked him without receiver clip I dont want this receiver, Engineer told me I dont have right now later I will come with it and as a workaround he used some cello Tap to fix it. After 15days he visited with clip and asked for 200 rupees which he should not asked because at first place he did not that clip. I locked complaint and still no resolution customer care people are just siting there they dont even know anything we asked.
