No response for new package choice even after completing process on channel number 997

Worst technology providers videocon have not updated its maha bakwaas app d2h infinity, anyways I found this channel number 997 called tariff App so I followed the instruction and chose my package including ala carte, they generated a channel package code and said we will get back to you with the charges detail, wtf! Just charge for the channels I chose add your monthly rent and fckin tell me the one month charge so I can pay and activate retards! Since 4 days I am calling customer care but no bloody response, are u guys running a company or scam studio technically illiterate fcktards?

D2h Charging without Service is providing

Hello

To responsible employee of Videocon,
my customer ID is 13961020, its been noticed that from Feb 2018 i am unable to view channels which i had subscribed instead some unwanted channels has been subscribed by Videocon system itself which is cheating on the customers. adding to that there is one pathetic service is their customer care number is not reachable from our registered telephone number, neither i am able to login to your website,
and the most irresponsible is Videocon is charging for these channels

I believe still there are responsible people in Videocon and they will call me within 24 hours of this message

Unwanted Channels has been subscribed by Videocon D2h

my customer ID is 13961020, its been noticed that from Feb 2018 i am unable to view channels which i had subscribed instead some unwanted channels has been subscribed by Videocon system itself which is cheating on the customers. adding to that there is one pathetic service is their customer care number is not reachable from our registered telephone number, neither i am able to login to your website,
and the most irresponsible is Videocon is charging for these channels

I believe still there are responsible people in Videocon and they will call me within 24 hours of this message

As the tarif has been changed the videocon d2h costumer care does not response at all. Pre request has been taken and for past 5 days i am not getting the channel which I have selected and in the display the content shows that the channel has not been subscribed. And they are using the account balance and cheating on us. Worst costumer care service

Videocon D2h-worst Customer care and service

My name is Srikanth and my cust id is 942881175. Since last 7 days d2h is not working, websites not working, phone and toll free are same . Tried 100 times to call but no luck. Getting frustrated with such a worst provider. By Mistake if it connects rude behaviour from customer care and if we force to speak to senior calls transfer but no one will respond post 30 min call will dropped or it will answered by other associate as senior who doesn't what the solution . Go through the recordings if u ppl are serious about serving customers, i have called up to ur customer care from 9008800007,9620189881,9620111150. I have written mail nodal officer of karnataka but no response from last 4 days, I thought he will responsible not as the customer care executives but looks like he is also same. I hope entire ur videocon d2h service doesnt even care about customer issues.


Plan is not activated as per TRAI but they you are deducting the balance.

I dont know where to complain and whom to escalate .

Channel issue

Almost blast three days iam continuously calling Videocon customer about channel issue,they are not proper guidence.whenever am calling they are telling 10-15 mins, you channel will active.last three months onwards videocon channels not at all good

Channels Not Available

I have recharged my d2h account with 815/- on 28th Jan. Later on 31st as per message from d2h that the TRAI plan will be applicable and hence consumer has to choose there plan else default plan will be applicable, I have request for Free to Air Channel @ 153/- .
Subsequently, yesterday I have selected channels as per my choice for which the charges reflecting was 520/-
But, the message that I received is that d2h team will get back to me . Now the situation as of now is as follows :

1. I have tried calling customer care multiple times, but unable to connect every time. Actually, it seems that d2h has voluntarily done something so as to not connect with customer
2. The service is still not activated as per my choice and I can’t see any paid channels which I have selected from the login user portal
3. I had recharged with amount 815/- but there is no balance that I can see and in fact I am not able to see any channels.

Please call me or correct the services as this is quiet frustrating and calls for legal action. I hope the message is clear for improvement in service.

No services provided since 5 days

Hello Videocon Management,

Videocon customer care has become one of the worst customer services. I have called more than 200 times and 20 times only call got connected. However, CSR's response is ridiculous. They don't look at previous logs or comments provided from previous complaint. Just not that, they maintain customer balance differently in different places. It show something on TV screen, some other amount on web-site and they tell something different when we call. I am facing hell lot of issues when I try to choose channels in web-site (selfcare). They mandate to select packages and customer can't choose individual channels.

I appreciate if you can resolve my issue asap. My customer ID: 86825573. I have requested just for basic package which should be provided by '0' price with NCF 130 + Tax for time being. I will add other channels later point.

Videocon D2h service is worst

Worst service given by Videocon d2h
My customer ID (127041161) trying to reach customer service since 7 days but no response yet everytime we get to hear that customer care toll free number (9115691156) is busy . I am enabled to see any channels as oer TRAI rules now i can watch which ever channel i need but there is no way to select as App is not working, web site are horrible, toll free are worst to get an advice . Still some 300 balance but no use. Please get this solve ASAP.
