Worst Service

I am Atish Mukherjee. My customer ID is 4779895. For last 15 days, frequently the service stopped with a message- "Please wait. Verifying your Smart Card." It appears after every 15/20 minutes, absolutely ridiculous. Company is very much alert for payment of monthly subscription but not for service. The local service center do not even respond our phone call at all. Company also not give any opportunity to select our favorite channel as per directive. My D2H is through DVD-cum-Set top. The Remote set is not functioning since long but not getting any help from the local service center for replace of that against required payment. Now, I admit that the decision of purchasing a Videocon DVD-cum-D2H set is massive blunder in my life.

Unauthorisingly addingchanneld

Dear Sir,

It is surprising to note that today I have received one SMS on my mobile no:9421454717 which reads as under:
" Dear Customer as per your request we have added D2H CINEMA add on to your D2H account Charges Rs.60/- per month."

I clarify that I have never made any such request to you and I instruct you not to add any such channel in my package.
other wise I will have to disconnected the member.

My authorized mobile no is only 9421454717 and you should not contact or receive any message from any other mobile no.

1I hope you will act according to my instructions and no D2H CINEMA is added.

Chanel fluctuate problem

online recharge not credited into my account

My customer id 11347495, I've recharged 200/- through online net banking on 8/4/14 at 2.50pm,payment confimation code (3339460) but there is no enough credit, which is not credited to my videocon d2h account. I cannot view any channels even customer care service are not responding properly I've made 20 calls.
Please do the needful

amount not credited in my videocon accoumt

i have recharged my videocon d2h custmore no. 52454765 (S Thomas) with 400 rupees through bharat business channel limited on 11 Mar 14 at 08:25h . My transaction reference no. was IGR 8707066.

Calls from videocon d2h

This is to inform you that, I am not a videocon d2h customer. Still there are phone calls & your recorded tapes demanding for your service charges from 3-4 years. Why should I pay you when I am not using your services. Many times I called on your customer care no.(07355873558) complaining for this issue. Every time there was a promise to do the needful. Still the problem exist. It is told to me that the connection is in the name of Mr. Ramesh from pune. Every time I have tried to convince that I am not Ramesh who had given you wrong cell no. creating this problem.
WHAT SHOULD I DO FURTHER?
WHO IS SUPPOSED TO SOLVE THIS ISSUE?

Online Recharge

Today around 1.23 pm I recharged Videocon D2H online for Rs-200 and keep my D2h set up box on "switch on" mode, but sorry to inform you that till now at 4.50 pm it is not giving signal.
Please take action to start my Videocon D2H at the earliest.

demanding unnecessary charges

My D2H connection their is problem with channels, where all the channels got jumbled and mismatched with name of the channel and actual program, for rectifying the same i called many a time to rectify, they tried many a time over phone but failed and wanted to depute their engineer for the rectification. Here they are demanding visit charges, now as a customer i should get the D2H channels correctly with out any issue, now here Videocon is not given me proper channels and for rectifying the same i should pay the money, why should i pay money for the problem which is resulted from their end. It is their minimum responsibility to rectify the same and give the problem free service to the viewers. If every visit it is to be paid Rs.150 to their engineer then, every three months the frequency mismatches or whether changes and set up box will have problems, then customer is getting the penalty for the mistake of videocon. Here customer is ready to pay money, if the problem proved that, it raised because of customer mishandling of the set up box or operation, otherwise customer why should pay the money for their engineers visit to rectify the problem raised due to their own technical issues. Now two days gone no one visited and rectified the issue, in case of further delay i m going to approach the consumer court for justice and action on Videocon

worst service ever

The customer care people are not able to solve any damn issue. And the service engineers are much better in the same regard. Solution provided by the engineer for a channel mismatch issue is to change the d2h set-top box. Now that the same issue has reoccured in 5 days after replacing the set-top box. The customer care people has no answer and they transfer the call to their so called superiors.. and the phone lines most of the times gets disconnected. This is so very irritating. I have not come across such worst service ever before. I would never suggest videocon d2h to my friends.

I subscribed to videocon d2h service 1 year before they told to recharge after 1 year but the pbm is i dont have any contact no nor my subscriber id nor rmn can u help me so that i can again enjoy your d2h service or should i shift for another one.

I procured a VDOCON d2h dish and connection on 29.9.12. My Customer ID No. is 77791704. I had Rs.700+ in my account (as per the version of installer). To day I got a reminder through my mobile no 8981315552 that on 13th the validity will expired. I was told that I got a pakage of 200 Rs. per month.
1.How I will see my details of account?
2.Why most of the important Bangla channels (Star Jalsa, DD Bangla etc)are not allowed. No english channel are available.
3. Are the charges fixed or proportional to the use of the channel (Last month we were out of station for 13 days)?

But from that date to till now, there is no response from videocon D2h service providers instead of making many call to their customer center. My request number is 138586599 and 138613968.

i planned to shift from my old address to my new house just 1 km away from the old address.. so i contacted videocon d2h's customer care and put in a request of removal and reinstallation of the equipment so they filed my request and they gave me a reference number...promising the engineer would visit in 24 hrs...but i didn't got any response...
so next morning i called up again, this time i was promised that the engineer would visit in next 12 hrs...but again i got the same response (no visit and no call at all)...same sequence continued and they gave me 4 reference numbers but NOTHING HAPPENED...
the same way i called up again and this time i had a word with the supervisor and was given a contact number but as usual didn't got any response...so now its been 5 days without any response so finally had to file a complaint here...expecting an early reply atleast now...
