Worst service,worst response,unnecessary amount deduction

I was charged more than 2000 in one month for reinstallation and recharge....i took up with the customercare and response was pathetic....they dont care abt our grievance.....no help....false promises and false guidance. Wrong information and misguiding....overall taking advantage of TRAI guidelines.....unnecessarily charging us....whn call fr help...they disconnect our calls.....in middle of coversation... we end up calling again and explajning whole scenario again freshly to smeone else.....couldnt get over to any supervisor for complaknt esclation.....they wont.....i want to register a case on consumer court over this.....

Videocon d2h the worstr d2h ever

I have been calling the customer service of videocon d2h from last 3 days regarding relocation. But still today I have not received any call from their customer care executive or service engineer for the uninstallation of the services. The customer care executives seems to be least interested in solving the queries of the customer, they dont have time and not even bother to follow up whether the query was resolved or not.

I would advice people not to get this connection, or else they would repent later.

This is bring to your notice that, i had recharged on 10.04.2019 around 8 pm of Rs.605/-. i had recd notice on screen that i had to recharge again before 30.04.2019. this means that i hd to recharged within 20 days that is not fare. so pl. see that it should last atleast 1 month. ie. by 9.05.2019.

PLAN CHANGE

Hi,

My plan was auto migrated to som plan without consent and it is costing 1000rs per month. I had done long term recharge when my plan was around 250rs only. But now Videocon D2H is not changing my plan. They are taking advantage of TRAI Regulations and looting all customers money.

Even after multiple complaints there is no action taken. I have made multiple complaints, tweets, FB posts, emails but D2H never cares.No one is trying to resolved the issue. Only message i get is "Sorry for the incovinience, we have directed the issue to concerned team". They dont even have ethics. Can someone act responsibly and do something about it. Please find the attachment for more details. Please tel me where else to complaint. I will take to whichever end to sue Videocon D2H Service. Pathetic. TRAI to be blamed as well.
