No option to select free channels under NCF

We would like to inform you that as per TRAI norms currently, we do not have any options to make the changes in BST FTA channels. Furthermore, we are taking your feedback for the same and if you don't want all the FTA channels then you can opt for the DD pack. Kindly let us know if you need any further assistance.

Faltu service

I have recharged my account but my service is not started now.
i have dial customer care number 237 times but call not connected.
when call is connected then reply is our system is down try after some time.

now D2H answer me aap log hamse paise kis baat ke lete ho.

ek dum bakvas service. Dust bin me fekdo.

No option to select free channels under NCF

Dear Sir/Madam,

As per the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India new TV rules empowers consumers to choose the free channels which they wish to watch under NCF except 25 DD Mandatory Bouquet ( (₹ 130 plus GST for first 75 pay channels + 25 mandatory Doordarshan channels) ). But the real fact is we do not have any option to edit or customize our pack by deleting unwanted channels. Under NCF/BST pack which they have created their own bundle of channels and forced us to subscribe for the same. This is cheating from Videocon D2H and breaking the TRAI rules.

Request you to look into this and help us to create or customize our own pack which we wish to watch under NCF/BST for what we are paying or else why should I pay rupees 130 +23.40 = 153.40.

I did not even activate a pack your customer people have activated iit and y will i pay for it and no one resloves the issues if that is a case you will u ppl provide customer service still my issues has not been resloved and call as been disconnnected automatically worst service provider and how many times I need to call to resolve my issue.

VERY POOR SERVICE AND NO RESOLUTION

I registered a complaint with d2H on 29th Jun 19 and paid full amount of 450 rupees for relocation within the city. Till now no action and call center is not providing the solution. Emails also unanswered. When I asked for refund , Videocon D2H is not responding for the same. Cust ID: 168327877. Two SRs open and numbers are SR # 731039315 raised on 30 Jun 19 at 3:52 PM and SR 731362404 on 01 Jul 2019. No response.

Sir,
Our remote is not working hence we had requested for the same 10 days back... and they told it will be sorted out within 24 hrs. but still it is not sorted out by sending a remote for Rs 275/--. As it is not solved we use to call every day and the reply we get from the customer care is sorry for the inconvenience and it will be sorted out within 8 hrs / 24 hrs. And the ticket is being falsely closed by the Engineer....

Kindly look in to this and get a new remote at the earliest.

I am customer of Videocon d2h for last 7 years,Recently i have given the compliant for re-installation on the day of 1st June 2019.
1st June 2019 to till 7th June 2019 non of the engineer visited to my address for re-installation my d2h connection.With out working on re-installation 400 rs has been deducted from my account.
After i called the customer care then they closed the re-installation compliant and taken the new compliant for refunding the money.
New compliant no:724626786 till now amount has not refunded .
After that daily i am calling and talking to Custer care team and they said that money will be refund in next 8 working hours.
Same information again and again saying in call daily and i have escalated 4 times to supervisor also even supervisor also said the same we will be refund the money in 8 working hours.
As of now they have not refunded my money.

For my account following compliant no are registered and given resolved dates.
