Recharge failure

Dear Hena,

We would like to inform you that as per the mentioned issue, we have received the amount Rs. 244/- on 28 June. Moreover, we also found that Star Sports channels are not part of your subscription. To activate the same you have to activate Ala carte policy. Kindly let us know if you need any further assistance.

Recharge failure

Every month we charged the pay channels. Today we recharged rupees 244 /-. But the company not connected any pay channel including star sports 1. I am a cricket fan... Now the company's irresponsibility i can't see the cricket.... Then I called the Customer care executive, he told me that they were changed our package and they add only free channels. He told us that they were not responsible for that . I lost my money, time and my cricket channel also. I want my previous package..

After the new TRAI regulation has come there are confusions and have no support from your team. Even your customer support number 91156 91156 is not available from 1st February.
I have charged twice this month. But, I have no access to any channel. You should support for the money charged. Without even providing services you have deducted 350 Rupees earlier and now again had to pay 400 to activate services and have no access to any channel except your own advertising channels
I think you are all taking the TRAI regulation as an opportunity and exploiting customer service

Do fix the problem. I have no way to contact you as of now.

Malayalam channels not getting

I am not getting malayalam channels since last saturday. I have lodged a complaint through customercared2h.com, but no response from them so far. Since I have sufficient amount in my account with them, I have to expect of response from them. I regret to inform you sir, nothing has been heared so far.

Remote Not Working within 15 Days

I had buy New videocon d2h on 02 december 2016 after 1 week remote was not working. I informed customer care and service man came he charged 50 rupees for remote battery replace of new product on 08 december 2016.After that again problem arise on 15 december 2016.I contact many times customer care executive and supervisor they are helpless for me problem still exists waste of my money,time and effort.

Service after installation

I registered a complaint in Customer Care through toll free number on 13.11.10 about the malfunction of my Videocon d2h satellite connection.Most of the channels are not available in my connection.They promised me that rectification will be completed with in 24-48 hrs. Now around 120 hrs completed. Till now they are not turned to my complait.
