Im not getting any south channels

CHEATED BY VIDEOCON D2H

Third class services. My subscription ended on April’ 2019, but without intimation the package is being activated and the charges are getting deducted. When called on call center they mentioned that Videocon D2H have directly activated the package as I have not selected any one from their declared list. Who has given them such authority to activate such package without Customer concerned? This is cheating and just swallowed my balance monthly subscription amount. Who will refund for the amount for which services I have not activated the package from my end. Later on 21st April’ 2019 after activating also my services shows channels for which I have not subscribed. Do not fool the customer. Your call center is 3rd class and don't know how to address the customers. Check the social media site where I am publishing about this 3rd time cheating done from your side to me. First time subscribed for 12 months and the subscription end in 9 months as the Call Center activated the USB Recording mentioning to me it is add on free of cost till the end of the subscription, but will be chargeable from the next subscription. Till date there is no revert on that case. 2nd time the paid channels activated, which after struggling got deactivated and swallowed my money and not returning. Kindly someone help how to get refund of the amount for such cheating.

Fradulent Behavior (Recharged and Services not Delivered As Promised)

The below is the content of the email I've sent to customer care 3 days back and still haven't heard back from them. They are not answering their call center numbers from my registered mobile number. No Resolution has been provided for the same yet.
Email Content:
I am Jasman Singh Arora son of Kawaljeet Singh Arora, Customer ID: 1590838. We have 3 active connections on the same customer ID. I'm drafting this email on behalf of my father.
As per recent conversation with your executive on 14th April 2019, I had asked about the best offer I could get for my 3 TV connections to which he responded after looking down on the system that It would cost me 169 Rs per month for all the channels to be viewed as per the current pack. I confirmed whether this amount would run channels on all 3 active TV connections to which he agreed. I specifically asked him about HD channels as well to which he replied all the channels that are currently running will continue to run for another month after 169 Rs recharge. Later I asked about some offer if I do a recharge of 6 months to which he responded it would cost me Rs 649 and including GST the final cost would be Rs 799. I again confirmed whether doing a recharge of Rs 799 would make all my 3 TV connections work under the existing plan ( Including HD channels) for 6 months to which he assured me that it would work and I told him I'll do the recharge just now. After doing the recharge of Rs 799, I received a message stating your account is topped up for Rs 799 and your expiry date is 03/05/2019 which is just 19 days. I called the customer care again and your executive couldn't help me as your application was down. I called up again the next day on 15th April 2019 and your executive Abhishek answered, to which I explained him the entire scenario as stated above to which he just rudely responded that this offer is not applicable for you. Abhishek was very apathetic towards me on the phone, and later hanged up. This is just unacceptable behavior from customer care service. I have never experienced such bad service from any other company. How come after specifically asking your executive about best offer and doing the recharge of the same, later your employees refuse it. This is a case of defrauding your customers. I feel cheated. I need a resolution for the same as soon as possible.

Also you can confirm the same by listening to reordered conversation from your records.

Recharge Fraud

Even after valid recharge, service provider prompting on TV to recharge again. Customer care is not reachable and even if reachable they speak poor hindi and english, unable to communicate properly. Customer is cheated and fraudulent deduction of money. Once channel activated through missed-call, after 10-15 days it gets deactivated again. I want TRAI to take action against d2h asap.

Recharge taking more than 12 hours

Again Pathetic service from Videocon D2H.

We have made recharged of Rs. 650/- on 11th April at 21:09 p.m. and tried to get thru the worst ever customer care, because even after waiting after 2 hours, the account balance was not recharged.

My husband spoke with the customer care assistant at around 6 a.m. after checking the recharge which was not working, he bluntly told that recharge may take 36 hours to get updated.

We just need the money back from d2h,as we will be transferring to another DTH TV.

Also, we are approaching TRAI also, as legally we could not select our own set of channels, their website is created just for sake of doing it. after doing all selection and wasting much time, when we click on submit, the page says just 'Thank you We will remember your selection.' as does nothing.

If we do not get quick response, we will goto consumer court as this is not the first time we are receiving such kind of service from videocon.

Duped of my money

Videocon D2h is the worst service provider in the country. They have cheated me of my money. I have paid them my recharge amount and it has been 3 weeks that they have not activated my channels. They've made me do these elaborate steps of picking and choosing the channels of my choice yet they do not activate them. Their customer service numbers are never answered, they do not respond to my issue on their social media handle, their email response team keeps asking me to do the same steps again and again. I have done all those steps yet my channels do not get activated. I'm fedup , frustrated and my money is paid for a service which a consumer has not received. This is lack of ACCOUNTABILITY, negligent and cheating me. Please help me in getting my money back. 3 weeks after i have paid and yet no response

Videocon D2H

As most consumers have mentioned, its been almost a week since all channels were changed. The customer care numbers are not reachable, if connected we have to wait forever as all executives are busy. Best case if connected, no one has any answers for whatever is happening. Mails sent get no response. I tried configuring my channels online, but end result is still that i am forced to either watch what D2H has selected for me or just shut off the TV as i am doing for the last few days. All this is at my cost as my daily balance swings wildly day by day. E.g yesterday by renewal date was 20th May and today it shows as 10th May. Nobody has any clue and we as customers don't seem to have any option to do anything. Pathetic state of affairs.

TV channels not coming

Dear Team,

My customer ID is 105984660, from 5 days 70 % of channels are not coming. I am not able to reach any of your contact number.
I have also logged in via webpage & selected the Pack but still not able to view any channels.

Kindly help on urgent basis

Insufficient balance or channel not subscribed

From last 3 days only free channels are working. When ever contacted customer care fake snswer server not working call.after 1 he. Second fake answer services link is now activated keep set top box on for 10 min. It will srart. Customer care representative had no manners to talk. They just speak whatever they want and cutting phone calls. I asked for 3 days extension as services are not available and I paid for it . Even wrote about account I do not displayed on screen .It's a cheating. Some legal action should be taken against such service proving company by government.
