Videocon D2H long term plan de-activated by Operator

Dear Manish,

We would like to inform you that as per TRAI’s press release, the customers had to give their choice to the distribution platform operators by or before 31st March 2019. We have also sent messages to all our customers to provide us their choice. Since we did not get any choice from you, as per TRAI guidelines, you were accordingly migrated to the best fit plan consisting of your current key channels. However, no lock-in has been applied to your plan and you can change your pack as per your choice. You can go to https://www.d2h.com to view and modify your plan or contact us on 91156-91156.

Videocon D2H long term plan de-activated by Operator

Videocon D2h has without my notice de-activated my 1 yr long term plan which I had activated on Nov 9, 2018. The package is OMNI HD. On calling the customer care, the executive advised the operator has moved me to individual channels subscription after the New TRAI guidelines came into effect. But on mentioning to them that TRAI has provided guidelines to D2H operators to oblige old long term plans of the customer, the CC executive disconnected the phone.
Earlier I was seeing Nov 9, 2019 as the service expiry time, but because of the changes made by the operator without my consent, the expiry date has been changed to Aug 27, 2019.

I've also followed up with D2H customer care on this forum in messages for last 1 month, but the issue has not been resolved yet.

There are multiple issues here:
1) the D2H operator has without my consent moved me to the new TRAI package structure although I had opted for a long term 1 yr plan before the new guidelines became effective.
2) I had opted for OMIN HD 1yr package by paying Rs 5000 upfront for 1 yr service. The expiry of which earlier was Nov 9, 2019. This has been reduced to 9 months now to 27 Aug, 2019 without my consent or knwoledge or any written notification
3) Multiple channels from the OMNI HD package channels bouquet have been blacked out by the D2H operator to force me to accept the new structure although I had opted for 1 yr pack and have paid in advance for 1 yr. Again without my consent.

My D2H client id is 190446063.
I had also sent a mail to TRAI redressal mail id [email protected] on April 10, 2019 but haven't got any response yet. Again sent a followup mail today May 9, 2019.

From 27/04/2019 I had giving Service Request for Unistalling videocon d2h from one place and install videocon d2h to another place.

on 30/04/2019 only unistalling complaints had solve. from 27/04/2019 daily basic, I am calling to them for installing videocon d2h to relocate place. 08/05/2019 service request remain unsolve.

Videocon d2h the worstr d2h ever

I have been calling the customer service of videocon d2h from last 3 days regarding relocation. But still today I have not received any call from their customer care executive or service engineer for the uninstallation of the services. The customer care executives seems to be least interested in solving the queries of the customer, they dont have time and not even bother to follow up whether the query was resolved or not.

I would advice people not to get this connection, or else they would repent later.
