708812091- balance disappear after recharge

Complaint no. 708812091

I have recharged RS. 250 on 13 App 2019. At the time of recharge my
account balance was 188 rupees but after recharge it reduced to 50.8 rupees.

When I complaint your representative assured me that I will get resolution by 14 Apr 3019 10:00am IST however no one from Videocon contacted me neither my complaint is resolved. Also my service is stopped now and my account balance is showing Rs. 7.6/-"

I tried to call on your customer care but as usual my call was on wait and auto disconnected after 7 min.

1) My concern is why i lost my balance??
2) Why my complaint is not processed?
3) Why my service is stopped even though i paid for it??
4) WHEN WILL I GET MY MONEY BACK into my D2H account?????????

Can i expect resolution of my issue????
Can someone give me status of my complaint no. 708812091???

I already have complaint no, so my request to Videocon is please do not ask me to contact D2H customer care again

Videocon D2H — not able to see the selected channels from last two months

Dear Team,
I have recharge online two three
days back by selecting the required channels.We
were able to see the selected channels from last one and half
week.But again as per last month issue we are not
able see the selected channels also.
After doing the recharge also
channels getting discontinued, what type service you all are
providing to the customer.Why this is happening
again and again, do u think we only have this work in our
hand...We need proper reason for this
discontinue service. Also start the discontinued channels
immediately.

No action...No response...
Even we are not able to contact customer care as on ivr getting response as ur service get resumed...and call gets disconnected.
Will your this issue......atleast reply that much......

Rude behaviour of call center representative

Hi,

If anyone is reading this email....

I have submitted channel update lists online 8 days ago, no channels are updated yet. I have been calling customer care everyday and there are multiple issues with your team.
1. Connecting to representative take more than 15 min each time I have tried.
2. Your system is almost always down as per your representatives.
3. The representative do not have any information about my request neither they have any solution, they just ask for issue and then ask me to wait and bounce me to another representative, I have been on call for more than 40 min and they kept me sending to another representative by putting my call on hold, I talked to 3 representative in single call, all were desk agent, no manager or senior ever connected to handle the issue.
4. Lastly, they just cut my call after being on hold for 40 min. This is ridiculous behavior and it seems like you do not care about customers at all.

even after recharging and selecting the channels I need, most of the channels I am unable to view. There is a constant Error E152-4 or E16-4. Have been trying to the customer care number for several days now but all in vain. Request you to either activate all the channels for which i have paid, or revert back with your incapability to do so. I do not wish to waste any penny more more for such bad service.

Channels removed

Channels in my D2H packs are removed without any notification I have paid for those channels and they are not in my package. I already submitted another complaint that my pack was not started when I recharged.

Channel not working

My services down for last four days there no service support pepole disconnected call on service center you have to make 100 call to get attention

All Paid and HD Channels unavailable since 2 days.

My consumer Id is 64872996 and I have 3 connections (1 + 2 additional connection HD Set-top boxes) paid till October 2019. A week ago I lost all the paid and HD channels on 2 of my set top boxes and yesterday one of them was restored will all channels while I lost the same on the other one that was working perfectly till that time.

I have been trying to contact Videocon's Customer care since a week ago to report in vain. How will I get this resolved?

Very Bad customer service and if at all there was to be some temporary disruption of the channels we should have atleast received an intimation. I hope the folks at Videocon will take a look at this complaint and resolve it ASAP.
