Unable to login to website and Channels blocked

Hi Team,

I am trying to choose channels as per guidelines provided by Videocon D2H. However, not able to connect or login their website.

Since 2 days my earlier subscribed channels are not visible. Getting error message insufficient balance inspite of Rs 300 balance being there. Trying to login to my account, but no luck since 2 days either their website is down or they are not accepting even if provided correct login credentials.

Videocon has cheated by not providing proper communication and directly discontinuing my original subscription.

Worst thing is I am not able to contact them via call to get more clarity. This is complete poor implementation of TRAI mandate.

Unable to login to website and Channels blocked

Since past 2 days I am trying to login to Videocon D2H website, however not able to login even with correct credentials.

Also, my earlier subscribed channels are not visible. This is very poor implementation of overall migration as per TRAI mandate.

Aur maine apana wala packe bhi activate kiya hai...fir bhi chhenal nahi dikh rahe hai....

Mera nivedan hai k jadhi mere Chhenal Chalu Honge..

Not able to view any channels even after recharge

My Customer ID is 80713895. I recharged my d2h account and got a message from d2H that amount is credited . But still I am not able to view any channels from last 2 days . Even I am not able to login to my account & can not choose my package . Tried to call customer care number , but that number is not working , 91156 91156 & 18001370444. Tried a option of 'Request a call back ' but no call from last 2 days . Not sure how can I reach to D2H and get my service back .
I have got many bad service experience in the past , but this is the worst service experience.
Expect a quick reply .

Not working d2h from last 2 days

I am using d2h last 5 years and it's always having some issues with this d2h atleast their customers no. Working and they listen to us but nowadays it's a horrible. I take this d2h for my entertainment not for calling again &again to solve their signal trouble. It's a last month with Videocon family from my side. I suggest to all my people & their people also not go with Videocon d2h anytime in their life. I thanku Videocon to trouble me so much in my life..

No Chanells are activated after recharging

I Am Vediocon D2h customer, my Customer id is 90759657. For 2 days I not getting regular chanells which we watch after paying the amount. I could not understand what is the problem?

I am trying to call customer care service, it is always busy and if I get connected also unwanted related computerised messages comes and not connecting to customer executive.

Kindly revert back on this and rectify my problems.

All Channels Blocked

This is regarding the Videcon d2h customer ID 96938636. Since 5th Feb, regular channels are not coming except few free channels and Sun network channels.

I understand this might be due new TRAI rules. But to choose the channels as per new TRAI rules your website is not working and I was not able to reach your customer care numbers, always coming busy even i call mid night or early morning.

Please help me in resolving this issue and also as this issue is from your side, I request to refund the amount you deducted for 2days and till it resolved.

Unable to login or pay for monthly subscription online

I am unable to login and pay for my monthly subscription. A telephonic compliant was registered with Complaint No. 685503348 and I was told that it will get resolved till Saturday, February 2, 2019 but no progress until now. What should I do to pay for my subscription or reset login credentials? Even the website is down. There are no agencies or vendors in my city who can help.

login issue

Unable to login with registered email address and its password. It says invalid credentials. Tried using forget password option and I get my password in my RTN but that still does not work.
Also, unable to login using RTN with OTP. The home screen keeps on.
Registered complains multiple times but issue bot getting resolved.

HD Setup box installation

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a videocon d2h user with customer id - 69271725. Since from last 7 years, i am facing installation issues regarding services of new HD set up box of videocon d2h, which includes wrong frequent unfair balance deductions.

I have applied for exchanged old setup box to new HD setup box installation request via online in videocon on 28th January 2019 & paid new setup box installation charges Rs. 1,199/- to Videocon as informed by customer care center - 91156 91156 on 29th January, 2019. customer care given deadline for new setup box installation in coming 24 hrs.

I am supersized, when i received SMS from Videocon your request has been resolved successfully on 30th January 2019 for new setup box installation. but in condition they have upgraded New Card Number & product details in my D2H account without installation of new setup box and suspended my old card number - 42646116410 and removed old setup box details without intimation. also deducting broadcasting charges from my account everyday.

As of now there is not changed my old setup box & satellite card and when i follow up with customer care, they are given again and again 24 hrs time for resolving my compliant.

Hence please look into matter.

Unable to log into my Videocon d2h account

Hi,
I am unable to log into my Videocon d2h account (9860090) with my regular password as well as OTP with my RTN.
I have to choose the bouquet/a la carte channels by today. Please resolve this on a top priority as this issue has been lurking since yesterday.

CUSTOMER CARE NOT LIFTING PHONE

Dear H Behera,

We would like to inform you that as per the new directive from TRAI, you can choose and pay for channels as per the MRP declared by the broadcasters and subsequent DRP declared by the distributors. We comply with this direction of the Authority and gives you the choice to select channels for your subscription. Charges for the selected channels would be applied as follows:

Network Capacity Fee (NCF) of Rupees One Hundred and Thirty (₹130*) shall be charged for the initial one hundred (100) SD channels including the channels notified by Central Government to be mandatorily provided to all the subscribers. While calculating the network capacity, one HD channel will be counted as two SD channels.

For more than 100 channels, NCF would be charged in slabs of 25 channels, wherein:

1. ₹1* per channel will be charged if the number of channels is 15 or less.
2. ₹20* will be charged if the number of channels is more than 15 and up to 25.

In addition to the above, charges for each pay channel/ bouquet opted for will be applicable even if the said pay channels/bouquets comes within the initial 100 SD channels.

Poor treatment and no knowledge

Called in to check the changed packages the agent did not bother to answer even a single question and said i dont know and then y tried asking me few questions he muted the call for minutes and hung up.. If they themselves dont have knowledge about the product do they are really worth getting pais and sitting there who cant even answer a single question... Very poor treat to the caller no respect of the customers... Very poor customer support...

Account debited but not credited to videocon companys d2h for

My SBI bank account was debited twice for each of rs.741/ for recharge of rs.725/ as monthly rechargesubscription on 12th Jan 2019 but credit was given only ones for recharge of rs.725/ the excess amount deducted maybe refunded immediatly.
