Worst customer service

Worst customer service
My HD setup box is not working properly. I can't able to see TV since somany days. I registered a complaint 15 days ago and they said our engineer will visit within 24 hours and will charge Rs. 200 for whatever the problem may be as product is out of warranty. There is an error showing "Signal not available". I am using this product since 5 years. Last year i converted it to HD. I lodged a complaint as there is lot of disturbance happening like screen getting off very frequently. Called engineer multiple times and he never turned up till now. I am wasting money by recharging.

my existing plan was Gold hd plan last 4years but with out my knowledge the has been changed to Gold lite a non g'd plan, I have sufficient balance . How a service provider could change without customer willingness.

Looks very odd company .
Kappropriateindly initiate appropriate action .

Balance amount not change

Massage of insufficient balance or channel not subscribed continously appearing on every channel even though i have reachared

I have recharged my account on 29 th april and still all the channels are showing massage of insufficient balance..i have called to ur customer care centr 4times..everytime i talked withe different people they were all telling me the same thing w8 for 10 min i am processing..bt nothing is happening..nw its been 3 hrs i am watching that massage nd nothing else..please do something i have paid for my services nd still u dnt giving me dat service..i have done everything dat your costumee care guys tld me do..please take quick actions on my issue.

my costumer id is -2424376 & using video con d2h 2009 to till date but my HD set box not working from 10 days but problem not resolved & your engineer told me give Rs.1000 then problem will be resolved so why i am paying for this problem because this problem crate by video-con d2h team & why you without inform updated soft were because Rs 700 paying for this so pls resolved my problem without pay either i am going to consumer court.

Why you fraud with costumer because i am so many complaint resister in costumer care but no action taken properly & My-HD set up box not working from 15 days because video-con team some download then my set up box damage so why i am paying for this because your problem why not resolve & your engineer told me give Rs.1000 then problem will be resolved so why i am paying 1000 rupees for problem resolve .its your problem.

New connection

My customer ID is 192693815..... I am staying in Ganeshgudi UK dist .I wanted a new connection.....As per customer agent information, I have recharged ₹ 1720 on 9/3/2017....But after six days engineer contacted me from Bangalore...He gave a number of Videocon d2h office of Uttara Kannada ...I contacted them, they told that " ok I will contact Dandeli office" But till 14/3/2017 none of the engineers contacted me.....This is bad service of Videocon d2h......

not changing d2h connection from one place to another

I called 5 times to customer care service but they are not able to find my areas pin code so they are not ready to send any person to shift our connection from IIM Lucknow to mutaqqipur. Highly dissatisfied with the customer care executives.. Hence removing this service n going for new one. N will never recommend this to anyone..

सेटअप बाॅक्स बदलने के सम्बन्ध में,

मेरा कस्टमर आई डी 21208130 है
। मैं vedeocon d2h का पुराना ग्राहक हुँ । आपके costomer care ने बताया, आपका सेटअप बाॅक्स पुराना हो गया है , कम्पनी का आॅफर है सेटअप बाॅक्स बदल दिजीए । हमनेकम्पनी का मिस्तरी आया और झुठ बोलकर मेरे अनुपस्थिति में मेरे हीं घर वालों से करीब हजार रुपये लेकर चले गये । तब से लगातार रीमोट खराब हो रहा है । अभी तक मैं छः सात रीमोट खरीद चुका हुँ और बिना रीमोट आपका सेटअप बाॅक्स चलता नहीं । कई बार आपके costomer care से शिकायत कर चुका हुँ , परन्तु कोई सुनता नहीं ।
आग्रह है, मेरा पुराना सेटअप बाॅक्स फिर से लगा दिया जाय अन्यथा मुझे किसी दूसरी कम्पनी के बाॅक्स ले लुँगा ।
मै एक ग्राहक की हैसीयत से vedeocon d2h की पुरी टीम की ग्राहक संचालन व्यवस्था की घोर निन्दा करता हुँ ।

Poor customer service/satisfaction

Videocon D2H executives/technician are not aware of the policies. Technician configured new STB and said old one you can shut it within next 7 days ,then in next 2-3 days few of the executives told that according to the policy it is 60 days and then on the next day the executive told me that its 90 days.
They don't provide any response to the complaints registered .
For new connections they have latest HD setup box but that box they cannot provide to the existing customers, what the hell.

Existing customers are not at all eligible for good quality setup box ??
I am really fed up and frustated with the customer service provided really.

Every time i need to explain my complaint in detail to new senior executive but my concern is not at all resolved.

I didnt requested for a mirror connection yet that one is configured and that to i am not using the connection but still i m paying for the same.

DTH Not working

I am Padma Videocon Cus ID- 171430930, due to cyclone my DTH is not working and I called the customer care filed the service request 2 weeks back, they informed that it will take 4 -5 days, after 3rd day when I call back customer care, got reply that the service is already rectified, but I have not got any call or service person. I again called up the customer care and asked for service request, till now no engineer came. yesterday again I got the auto call asking to confirm that the service is already resumed. when I try to contact Mr.Vinoth kumar ( nodal officer) no response from his side. I never expected such a poor response from a well known DTH.

if any further escalation possible please guide.

I got the connection installed on 27/12/2016. "Platinum HD" package was offered for Rs. 7920.00, for a duration of 1 year which I paid. Now I am facing 2 problems:-
a) My account balance is showing Rs. 6120.00 instead of 7920.00 and package installed is "Platinum" instead of "Platinum HD" though I am getting HD channels. Also on inquiry, exec. told me that HD package is free for you. If thats true why total amount is not showing on in account balance.
b) When I paid subscription for 1 year on 27/12/2016, expiry date of connection should be 26/12/2017 but account is showing expiry date as 21/12/2017. On inquiry, exec. is saying that in videocon, 1 years means 360 days. Have you people come from any other planet because on earth, 1 year is equal to 365 days to everybody.

I want all these issues to be properly & appropriately solved by somebody well responsible in your company.

This company only wants money..not customer satisfaction..
My stb is not starting.there is not plug or damage issue ...
And you have only alternative through technician which chargable its not stand you in this tough competition...and i also once use your technician visit for same problem id 86080555
Gud make money but for short time....2 month gone in checking only issue...not solution....

Signal is not available from.12/12/2016. onwards.

Complaint number: (1.) 457417572. dt.19.12.2016. and (2) 458614745. Dt.24.12.2016.
My customer id is 125680802 and I have raised a complaint on 179-12-2016, complaint #457417572 , and 458614745. 3 days ago as my Videocon d2h was not working and receiving. I have not received any call from chennai agency. When I called back yesterday, Krishnamurthy from Bangalore customer care told that this complaint was closed. But till no body has turned up. Can someone call and resolve this issue? Spoke to supervisors Murali, Tamilarasan , and Venkatesh, supervisor said has escalated, finally I spoke to Mr. Sethu stores manager his reply is very poor. I am still waiting for complaint resolve with in 24.hours, other vise I can complain consumer forum.

Videocond2h not working

Am having videocon d2h and recharged on 06th dec and till now I didnt get the signal. Raised many complaints tellphone but no response from your end. Such a worst kind of service you providing to the customer. My d2h no. 142503820. I believe its not working due to cyclone on 12th dec. Very poor service.

These people are very lethargic. They just attend calls just for the sake of attending. I got an issue and I spent 200 for service engineer. Still issue is not resolved. I have been contacting customer care for more than 12 days. They say issue will get resolved today and engineer will contact you and will provide no further details.

If they can't provide service they can say directly instead of wasting my time, money, energy. The most stupid decision I made is subscribing videocond2h.
