against customer service

Dear team.
I strongly recommend to take action against a customer care staff, who repeatedly calling me for the confirmation of service resuming. I have confirmed abt the service in the first call itself. Even after the confirmation that girl continue to call just to annoy me.
i'm attaching the call record for your reference. the number in which she called me is 8067451900. I want the reply asap on this complaint

Not able to Downgrade Package

Error :Multiroom customer can not be downgraded from here kindly log SR.
Issue -
Through online videocond2h website I'm not able to downgrade my pack and it’s been repeated for some months and complain through customer phone call is also made repeatedly to resolve all in vain
Error: Multiroom customer cannot be downgraded from here kindly log SR.
1. What it mean SR? In addition, your phone operator not able to answer today morning at 6 am
2. Why the upgrade is possible in site but downgrade is not?
3. Customer care person says no problem shown from his side but why it’s happening repeatedly - not able to downgrade online
4. He says some server issue not able to downgrade in voice call also by now and no complaint also taken and no confirmation sms received yet
5. I made request to downgrade my package to south silver today morning and it’s not able to do means the fund will not be deducted for current service for your poor service

connect problem

Very poor customer service. My d2h id is184363159 plan is 225 but not seen all channels. And 9790519270 it's old id box is loss so we loss the old id. Why r u call for old id?

I am facing a similar issue with my Videocon D2h. No signal since the storm Verdah. Made complaints every other day since 12th of Dec to the call center, but each time getting reassurances from the executives that it will be restored within the next 2 days. None of the engineers called or attended the problem. On that, I get automated calls from the customer care that my issue has been resolved. This carelessness on part of the service provider is driving me insane. Return me my recharge money and I will get rid of the connection itself. If you do not respond to this E mail within 24 hrs, I will escalate the matter further and I am not joking. I know my rights as a customer.

no signal for long time

After recent Cyclone.. our Videocon d2h services stopped functioning. No one from the helpdesk pick up the phone for complaint. Some how through friend we reached them and lodged complaint but they have not attended to it till date.

What is the use of opting for D2h service, if it is getting disconnected by cyclone etc. Even cable TV operators started functioning long before, but Videocon service team did not attend to our complaint till date.Work Order 48715393.

No service

Since 14th December 2016 i have been calling the Videocon D2h callcentre with absolutely no use for resuming my d2h services. 2 complaints have been launched & i have also written a formal complaint on the company website + written 2 email to the head of Customer service.

The service is WORST and there is no sensible person in the company to provide a solution.

Its about 10 days and every day i am calling their Call centre and they put me on hold for a minimum time of 30 mins with no fruitful result.

My d2h connection (Customer id - 130887140) is not working from last monday (12th Dec 2016) due to cyclone. I have raised complaint and tried to call the customer care many times. But my call is not attended and I didnt receive any response form your team. Can you please look in to this urgently?

I logged a complain on 15 th of december 16 where the TAT was given 19th of december 16 4pm.As of now i guess i have called almost 5 times yesterday to inquire about the status of my complain.each time a different story been told.Last conversation what i had with your supervisor Mr Gurpreet i recon he told we have escalated i will receive call from your repreesentative by 8 pm in the evening max. but i haven't receive as of now from your representattiver nor fromn the customer support team.

On Sunday evening i have received a call from the number ############ at 18.07 pm from there someone who were completely unaware about my complainclaimed calling from d2h, had appologised on d2h behalf & gave assuarance that within 24 hours sure someone will visit your place & your issue will be rectified.But nothing happend as of now.

This people are really not intending to resolve my issue.Just because of a miscommitment i missed my office yesterday waited entire in the house.Just because i have registered with d2h i dont have any other work to do in a day, is it so.this people so very irresponsible towards your commitment that i am just repending that why did i choose videocon d2h. I am being harrased in and out.Please help me.My balance been deducted completely for not watching their channels.

Not attend my complaint past 6 days

Sir, i am P. Ganesh, from chennai, Mobile No. 9840706212, 9445936212, using Videocon D2H connection (2 boxes) customer ID: 99375612, past 14.12.2016 i lodge a complaint to my service provider (Videocon D2H Service) customer care service officers gave complaint for No. signal in my both boxes, my complaint No.455769249, and they promised to resolve this issue within 24 to 48 hrs. and also the gave work order no. 48502676, but still my problem was not solved, in this regard i totally upset and fed up. Even though my daily rent also they deducted so financial i troubled please take necessary action against videocon D2H service provider.

Not working

My customer ID is 126350311, my Videocon d2h service is not working from 11/12/16
I registered a complaint on 14/12/16 in customer care .
It was said by the customer care side that they will rectify within 4 -- 5 days, but till date not yet rectified. I have spoken so far with 3 supervisors but nobody turned this side . And one very brilliant customer care worker has closed the complaint without rectified.Now I called up today 18/12/16,they are requesting 5 more days extension to rectify the fault.Is the customer carwe working OE not .what are they all doing without working for the customers.
And the beauty is they are deducting my amount for not using their service till date correcly .
Are the customers fools for paying for not using their service.
So ,Iam filing a complaint against Videocon d2h service and the supervisors and Engineers not working properly there.
I request to take immediate actions .

Pure harassment - Worst customer service

We installed videocon d2h at our home lately. We have 46 inch LCD tv. But the picture quality was too poor and it is blurred over text. We raised concern and technician came and tested it. We were told that this is the maximum clarity you can expect from this d2h. Since it is bigger tv, crystals expand over, this causes blurred effect. After getting confirmation from techinician that the issue cant be fixed , we initiated refund over the product. Team confirmed we will receive refund within 2 - 3 weeks at max. We were following-up with the team over a month now, they are saying refund amount will reflect in two days.. three days.. whenever we call, they say the same story. Now after being two months, they say refund cannot be done. As per policy, we cannot do refund. They made us to follow-up over months, committed to refund amount. Now they say, refund cant be done as per policy. jus tell me what's that stupid policy. I want to escalate this incident. Why should we waste our time and money here. If they cant refund, then why do they make false commitments over customers.

I am a Videocon d2h customer customer id is 71288811 last 4 to 5 years I am Videocon d2h customer. Today unfortunately I am a big victim of missed call add-on pack subscription.
The method is a clear trap to earn money from the customer
By mistake any call dialed by the subscriber he lost his money unnecessary
I am a pure victim of your missrd call trap
By mistake I dialed your 8010968356 number from my text message instead of your customer care number 7355873558, the very next second I received a message from you I subscribed topper TV
I really surprised and made a immediate call to your customer care number 7355873558,
r tamil cce I explained the problem,
I received the message in my mobile the movement only I came to know I subscribed the addon pak , I made a immediate return call and I explained the problem, and she is not ready to refund the amound, next she transfer the call to manager he also refused to refund The amound.
the Videocon d2h note at all responded about my money, they simply told me, sir You are trapped, after one month only you can release. now your money is in our pocket only
I am asking that why Videocon d2h not provided a cancellation procedure for this type of missed call subscription over the phone
the other service providers like mobile services, if any wrong number recharge there is a facility to recover money with in one hour from the time of recharge
so videocon d2h are the only DTH provider doing like this kind of money making trap.
I expect a immediate refund form you my valuable money Rs 60/-

Correction in end of subscription date

Dear sir,I Pradeep kumar, customer id179158373Has taken new connection on 03 Aug 16 with 06 months super gold pack validity. On installation day, it was showing 03 Mar 17 end of subscription date on internet site, but now it is showing 06 Jan 17. As per 06 months validity starting from 03 Aug 16, it is upto 03 Feb 16 & 01 months is free for new connection. In view of above it is requested that end of subscription date be change in my account for continue connection of d2h upto 03 Mar 17.It will create a reliability between u and ur happy customers. 9790655364 for any query.

Wrongly debited from Debit card

Dear Sir,

I try to Pay for the Videocon d2h Service online payment through my dedit card. First time I wrongly entered my account No as 2322993 and was debited Rs.300/= which was not for my account and, the Dedit Card was wrongly Dedited Rs.300/=, I need a refund for this one.

Then second time I recharged to the right account no 23229993 and was again dedited Rs.300/= this time it was right one.

So I request for the first time wrong dedit to the wrong account no. the amount is Rs.300/= I need a refund for this to my Karur Vysya Bank Limited ATM Debit card VISA no. ################ and my SB A/c No. is ################

Cheating in Annual Subscription

I am with Videocon d2h (Cust ID: 55947588) for past 5 years and have been renewing the subscription annually. Last year subscription ended on 02-May-2016. I have paid the annual subscription for South Platinum HD for Rs 7800. The subscription has been extended till 27-May-2017 with one month free offer. But it should be extended till 02-Jun-2017. I understand that the number of days of annual plan is considered for 360 days only instead of 365 days. When I called the customer service, they also mentioned the same. Clearly Videocon is cheating the customers for 5 days of worth plan. It is not a big thing for individual. If you calculate the breadth of customer base it will end up in huge amount.
Request look into the matter for misleading the customers - Thanks

Videocon D2h Complaint

I am registering this complaint against Videocon D2h product.

I have registered complaint 7 days ago for satellite set top box malfunctioning. Till now they didnt responded yet. Whenever i called C.Care They are mentioning we are sending reminder mail & Enginner will respond in 24 Hr. But Till now no one reached me for solving this issue. Could this complaint reflect any solution for me.

Can you give me the list of items i will get when installing D2H(like dish, set top box etc, ), i need the list of every items, so that i can confirm that everything is ok after installation.

[i afraid service people do some black work because of i didnt pay the extra money they asked]

and if you speed up the process it will be helpful, it is 3rd day already

Videocon D2H Cust ID:56134243 HD Exchange Offer Issue

Hi The issue is partially resolved.I have got the exchange processed.but the exchange process is made on wrong SD Box instead of the actual exchanged box.

During the exchange offer processing, instead of deactivating the exchanged SD Box:42610368187, the existing SD box :42592048419 is deactivated.
Hence the connection is suspended for the box and i am not able to view the channels.i contacted customer care and got a reply saying i need to wait for 24hours, so that the will audit and see if this is an issue from their side and i was informed to make a follow up call tonight(26-Sep-2012) to check the status.

Again now i have 2 connections active(1 HD box which is from the exchange and the box which is exchanged:42610368187)

Kindly activate the existing SD Box : 42592048419 and deactivate the exchanged SD Box:42610368187
