Worst service i have experienced

This is not the way ...i don't know why you can't resolve this problem.....my led screen is blacked out..i am not being see any channel....i am getting error on my led that DSS BBCL ACCOUNT HAS RAN OUT OF BALANCE AND YOU NEED TO RECHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT....


I HAVE CALLED MANY TIME....WORST SERVICE




please resolve my problem as soon as possible

DSS BBCL issue

Hi Team,
I have explained the problem multiple times by calling on your customer care but your team service is not even trying to talk, they just hear the problem and disconnect the call.

My account is already recharged and have balance but I am getting below error message with a black screen as -
"From DSS BBCL account is running out of balance" .

What kind of service you provide?


If you don't solve it now, I will have to move to TRAI and complaint against you. Also, I will switch my Service provider.

From almost 4-5 months, i am seeing a message on my screen on every single channel that
From DSS persistent message
From DSS BBCL account has ran out of balance. Please recharge your account as soon as possible
But we are having more than 100 rs recharge on my account now and when we are calling to videocon d2h customer care they are not able to solve our problem. we are not able to look any channels ... we are tired of contacting you guys to solve our problem but it is solved yet. plzz reply or call us

Today from after 10p.m i am seeing a message on my screen on every single channel that
From DSS persistent message
From DSS BBCL account has ran out of balance. Please recharge your account as soon as possible
But we are having more than 100 rs recharge on my account now and when we are calling to videocon d2h customer care they are not receiving our call from last 1 hour and we are not able to look channels like 101,102,103,104,105,106,107,108,109,and more tv serials channels from last 3 days they all are coming blur and many colours are coming on the screen but while watching channels like 201,203,205 etc movies channels we are able to look it clearly song and cartoons channels are also coming clearly only tv serials are not coming plzz reply or call us

DSS Persistance

I've been forced to see DSS Persistance screen in front of every active channels and automatically disappears when i browse over an unsubscribed channels. I've tried calling customer service and none of them are capable of handling a non hindi speaking customer. Then i tried "request a call" option several times. Except for the message i receive after every submission, i havent received any calls calls from you end. I think this might reach to the responsible hands and expecting for a swift solution.

Customer care denied to register the complaint and seniors are never available

I have paid for my connection in advance for a period of one year and my plan was changed without any prior notice to me or any confirmation from my end.

When I requested to raise a complaint about closure of services and refund of money the customer care denied registering the same. To my surprise no senior was available to resolve the issue even after repeated calls and the only response was all seniors are busy talking to customers.

I fail to understand if the team is so busy that the seniors are never available then why the team is not being expanded. It seems they are reluctant to talk to the customers and I was given a same message again that your number will be put to barred list.
