My customer I'd is xxxxxx29 my present package is south gold I call several times to customer care to change my package to popular but no response from customer service it's a wast service I have seen in d2h company any one person have TRAI email I'd please provide me it's a last chance to go TRAI unnurssery customer facing problem with videocon d2h service it's a worst service they are giving to custoner

relocation

Hi,

It's very regrading that pathetic service from Videocon( id 154166891). from past 3 days i am trying to reach the customer care for relocation of my d2h, but there is no response from them. whenever i am calling the customer care they are raising new new complaints number and not resolving the issue That means there is not tracker for problem solving. As confirmed my them it should be done with 24 hrs but it is more than 72 hrs now,still no executive has come. And they are not sharing the executive number also that i can follow up from my side.

Its very very worst service of Videocon . Not recommended at all !!!!!!!

Complaint about free New Gold Sports HD Add-on pack from customer care

On 9th of july I got a call from a Videocon D2H customer care executive
saying company is providing 1 Month free New Gold Sports HD Add-on pack.
After confirming many times that its free of cost for first one month I
asked him to activate the service. But when I checked few days later
balance has been deducted on daily basis for the same Add-on pack.

After calling customer care multiple times on 25th July (complaint no -
614971462, 615248350) though the add-on pack is removed from my account
but I did not receive refund of my deducted balance.

Being a customer of Videocon D2H from last 5 years, I did not expect
this kind of service from the company. I feel being cheated by the customer
care representative and the company

Connectivity issue

Hi,

My D2h getting some signal connectivity issue. So I called customer care.I could event connect.It says all the lines are busy.I have been trying from past 3 days like hundreds of times.All the times it says the same(All the lines are busy.)I have called all the numbers available on internet. none of them gets connected.Then I emailed my issue to their mail Id([email protected]) yesterday. no response from them even after 24 hours.

Very frustrated with their customer supporting and requesting to get my issue to be resolved ASAP.

Below are the issue:

Pathetic Service - Re-installation is pending from past 3-4 days

Hi ,
I am using Videocon d2h from past 4-5 years and never had such a bad experience with them. I recently moved from Bangalore to Hyderabad and calling them from past 3-4 days for re-installation but didn't get it done till now. Every time I call customer care, they ask me to wait.

During city movement, one part of the Videocon antenna holder got missed and yesterday, 27th April 2018 one of the technician came but he was not having the spare part and his behavior was not good. Now we are calling customer day and night but they are keep on saying the same thing.

Poor service by Videocon D2H

Hi,

This is to inform you regarding my recent experience with Videocon D2H. I am very much disappointed with the kind of response I have received for my simple transfer request.

I have recently moved to a different building in the same location & raised a request on April 4th for transfer of my D2H service. The customer care representative noted my request. However, the scene has started since then. Daily I am getting a call in the morning from Videocon D2H associates asking for the address though I have clearly mentioned all the details while raising the request. I WONDER WHY A SINGLE REQUEST IS GOING TO DIFFERENT PERSONS EVERYDAY.

I got frustrated as I am daily getting a call that some one will take care of my request & end of the day, no one turns up. IN FACT I HAD TAKEN LEAVES FOR COUPLE OF TIMES FROM MY OFFICE TO COMPLETE THIS MINOR TASK. however, my leaves went in vain.

It was a complete waste of time, money & effort. I did not expect this from Videocon D2H team.

Don't know when will my transfer request will be processed. If it doesn't happen today i.e. on 12th April, then I will take this issue further. It's already been 7 working days that I have raised my request.

Hope there will be some action taken on this at the earliest.

Issues with service unresolved

On 8-Oct-2017, requested for D2H service reconnection/reinstallation due to house relocation. I was told within 24 hours it will get resolved but nobody has come or responded on resolution. On 9-Oct-2017, after waiting whole day I have registered a complaint and was told by customer care people that within 8 hours it will get resolved but nobody has turned up on 10-Oct-2017 to resolve it. Again after doing follow up on complaint, received call from D2H Hyd saying that engineer/technician will come before 6pm on 11-Oct-2017 but again same issue. Nobody has come or even rang up to inform on status.
One more time we asked on 12-Oct-2017 but same story - technician will come before 6pm and resolve the request. In this duration we have reached customer care number for at least more than 4-5 times and also have emailed them as a reminder at least 4-5 times but no action taken at all.

Worst service no response

Remote not working. No service engineer responding after register the complaints at several times. As of now i callex to customer care 14 to 20 time call and 5 time email. No respone from videocon and enigeer. Im remote is not working so i raise a complaint on Aug month but no replacement and my setup box still under warrenty. So please help me on this Am attached compalint msg list. Remote not working . Not giving new remote(no physical damages in remote) and product stil under warrenty

Worst service no response

DTH not working. No service engineer responding after register the complaints at several times. I am suggesting the consumers as do not purchase the videocon DTH and brands. i ever-seen this kind of nonsense with other products.

Totally i called customer care 14 to 20 time call and 4 time email. No respond

Set up box

My customer ID of Videocon D2h is 75377256.
I have changed my setup box to normal to HD for that they changed 1175. The engineer came to my house and changed set up box to HD but not working. He told replacement will done I 8 hours. But after 5 days till now no replacement has been made and I called number of times to customer service but they are only taking complaints.

false commitment

Dear team

I had complained many time an invested almost 4-5 hrs and escalated to all level to have the solution for not getting the signal from last 3 days, nobody has responded on ground other than consoling form customer care.

Moreover it is so frustrating that it will always get connected to a new person and have to explain everything from the beginning.

You can look into the complaint history which I have been done in recent past

Request you to plz look into this & provide the solution for now & future

Dislocation of disc

I have shifted from Mumbai to Hyderabad. My d2h was installed in Hyderabad on 10th April 2017. But due to some technical reason, location of TV has to be shifted to another position in the same room. Accordingly d2h disc location is to be shifted a different position in the same terrace. I lodged complaint on 12 th April 2017. But everytime the customer care lodged different complaint when I call them and assuring to resolve the complaint within 8 hours. Three times they have extended the time. Till now I am not able to see the TV.
I don't know when it will be resolved.Please help.

Harassment, Illegally disconnecting of channels

Hi, My name is Chandrashekar S from Hyderabad having Cust. Id: 16816393. Even though I have paid the dues till Feb. 2018, some of the channels are being disconnected without prior notice by Videocon at random. I have written to the customer care in this regard but not received any response.
This is happening on a regular basis that when we call the customer care number (it has happened to me once) and raise any complaint they start deducting some amount (Rs. 239 was deducted from my account last year without my knowledge and I was told that I had subscribed for some unknown channel when I called their number.
Even though I was asked to pay for the same package that I had from last year in Jan. 2017 all of a sudden the HD channels were discontinued without even giving me any prior intimation, which VIDEOCON seems to be good at. Now I am told that I have subscribed for the package which doesn't include the HD channels but when I paid the amount in Jan. 2017 I was told that the package that I would be continuing would also include the HD channel and that I have to pay for 11 months and the 12th month is free.
Including the Nodal Officer seems to have the same attitude and even told me that I can go and report these incidents with anyone including the PM and NO ACTION CAN BE INITIATED AGAINST THEM AS THEY DO WHAT NEED TO DO.
I feel that per the RTI act the customer has to be given proper information at least but instead of doing it, they try to harass, cheat once the customer pays the amount. I feel so sad that our Government is encouraging such organizations to provide service who can even go to the extent of threatening our Government stating that even if you report to the PM no action can be initiated. What a SHAME to be part of Videocon?
What can a customer do if an organization can even go against the Government who is supposed to protect its citizens. Hats off to both the Government and Videocon for kind of harassment, discrimination, ill-treatment of customers just for the sake of few rupees.

refund of amount paid to inactive account

i wanted to top up videocon d2h connection. i created a customer id with customer id no. 178923276 and paid rs. 435/- on 3/11/2016. when my connection was not updated, i contacted videocon customer care and they said the customer id no. provided is inactive.

i had to again refer my details in the smart card and had to pay to the correct customer id and immediately mails [email protected] for refund of rs. 435/-. i also tried speak to them on phone and they confirmed that the amount would be refunded and a communication sent to me but till date nothing has happened.

my questions are when the customer id is inactive how is the system allowing to take the payment?

pls. help me get back my money 435/- with interest immediately.

Money debited to account not recharged

Dear Sir,
My Name is Mr. JSDV Prasad, My vediocon D2h Id No: 25704084, I have made SBI internet transaction for Rs. 275 on transaction reference no: CCAEA1DNL419IGAAOOZYG9 at 16.20 Hrs on 7th Jan.2017. But recharge was not done and money refunded. The cash was not credited till today. Please arrange to credit above said amoount to my account. Not responding properly

Even though after calling several times customer care/Floor officer/Asst Manager/Nodal officer issue was not resolved regarding
1) Pack change and 2) E16-4 insufficient balance.

I dont know how to resolve the issue.

rash behavior of manager Pratap and Technician on service reliability

Im a customer in Videocon D2h and I have raised complaint for more than 5 times in a 3 days and my Customer ID is 71995654. Staff and technicians are saying that there will be only one month service will be done on the problem statement. I see rude behaviour from the technician and the customer call center especially Manager Pratap and asking me to move out of the service. If they dont need customers and not giving value then what for the service is meant. this in turn will make customer to lose trust and hope. I need resolution not the rude suggestion from Videocon guys. Totally dis satified with your behaviour.

I had been raising complaints on the bad service but they are not responding well.

packages

videocon D2H is repeatedly changing my packages
offering less channels than other DTH platform with high amount of recharge valve
changing package without any prior intimation
i payed for base pack because it consists some good channels but they removed many of the channels but the recharge value is same and they are costing Free To Air channels also as they should available for zero rupees

On 30 -1-2016 I Recharged with paytm to My Videocon d2h Id no 54008184 with Rs
300/- . Paytm reciept no 300012016159210 .. but money is not transfed to videocon d2h id 54008184. Pls see to this.

Signal not available

My customer Id is 127524685.

I started facing the issue "Signal Not Available" from 2nd Jan and called the customer care to register the complaint.

The engineer visited after 2 days and after the inspection of the issue, he went after saying that he'd come after an hour and resolve the problem.

It's been 10 days and I've called customer care 3 times. The representative promises that the issue will be resolved the next day but no has has called or visited me for the same.
