Prepaid sim not activated

I had change my sim to prepaid in Dombivli west vodafone gallery on 8th Nov 19.I paid all the dues in gallery ( previous month bill plus first recharge of prepaid). Postpaid sim deactivated on 12 Nov. Now Prepaid Sim is in active state and giving announcement that recharge is required.The executive who done the procedure had cheated me by not recharging my number.Now I have to visit again the gallery.There is no contact number og vodafone Domb store.It is very frustrating experience with vodafone.

Prepaid sim not activated

I had change my sim to prepaid for 9619623517 in Dombivli west gallery. As per rule paid all amount in gallery ( previous month bill plus first recharge of prepaid) on 14th July 2019. Postpaid sim deactivated on 22nd July so I insert new sim & call customer care for activation. Massage appeared services will be activated within 15 min. Still today it is not activated.
Then call customer care for help (9820098200). Representative advised meet again vodafone gallery.

Bad customer service

My friend has just come from your gallery located at Dombivli west, He had a bad customer service experience over there, we are not going to mention the persons name as we're not interested and want to make any issues but want to resolve the problem he facing right now. he's an old user from your portal using the service past 6-7 years, His contact number is 9833411156, which is on His moms name but now he have to transfer that on his own name on prepaid only, and have to link it with Addhar, the representative over there told him to make it on postpaid and you have to use it for 3 months, they already have one postpaid at home which is on his moms name. The representative over there also told him that if you have to make it transfer you'll only able to make it on postpaid else the number gets discontinues post 2-3 days, if its not possible to transfer the number on his name and on prepaid service, please let him know the procedure to get the number PORT to other service provider. His brother also wants to do the same thing, his number is. 9930866996. As they're frequently out of INDIA, so your postpaid service is not beneficial for them in any manner.
Hope to hear from you soon, else they have no other option to discontinued from your vodafone portal.

Bad customer service

I've had bad customer service experiences with the Vodafone Center in Dombivali West. Just yesterday, 14th December 2016 around 1900-2000 hours I came across a very bad customer service experience. First of all not all the counters were working. They made the customers wait for hours (one and a half hour minimum) and then when finally we got a chance to get to the counter, the lady working there asked for our problem and then demanded our documents. When we provided the documents she refused to accept 'Aadhar Card' by saying "We don't accept it anymore. Come back tomorrow with some other documents." ('Aadhar card' not considered a valid proof by Vodafone, is a little shocking) Not only our one and a half hour was wasted, she wasn't even polite with us. And the reason I'm not mentioning her name is because it's not just her, everybody at the Dombivali West center are rude and impolite with customers. Please note: After waiting in the queue for hours, 'Shrugging shoulders', 'rolling eyes' and 'No/Not possible' or sentences with no please, sorry or thank you, is not what you want. These days there are many other options. I know me and my mom not using Vodafone anymore (the moment we left the store, we bought new sim cards of a different mobile service provider) might not probably make so much of a difference to such a huge company. But it is important to note that all service providers require customers more than the customers need them.
