changing of plan without prior information

sir this complaint is regarding changing the plan of my cell phone number . they changed my plan without giving any prior information to me and even they are not ready to listen to me whenever i call to there customer care they always put my call on hold for a long time such as 10 minutes 9 minutes and then disconnect my call ...so what should i do know please help me as soon as possible....

Wrongly issued in my name to someone else

Some one has told me that a postpaid connection has been taken on my ID by someone else.I may request you to cancel that phone. I will not be responsible for that. That Id has been stolen on 28 th of May 2012 in my near by area . AN FIR has been lodged in Khandsa Police choke Gurgaon for that. You are requested to kindly close the vodafone postpaid phone. REFUND

Respected Sir,
I am a vodafone prepaid user (9899139389) so normaly every week i got a call from vodafone to switch the your prepaid no to postpaid no. but i am not satisfiy with there schem so i refuse it one day dated 19.07.2012 i got a call from AVAZON BPOS SERVICES PVT LTD associate of VODAFONE they also tell me the same thing but they are confirm me the good schem which is suitable for me then i am ready to take the schem after that they send the filed executive for collect the sequrity amount of 250/- and kyc i have given the same and recived the reciept of above amount (Receipt No.15810 Book No.317) then after one hours i got a call from the company Manager Mr.Manender Singh (cell no.9999322292) as per them this schem is vaild for other telecome company user who want to change his company and take VODAFONE post paid SIM and he also said that there is some communication gap between there side so we cant give you the schem and as per him the recieved amount will be refund within 2 days but one week gone there is no revert from there side they nither pick the call nor call me back when i call to company land line no. then they are saying we cant do anything and disconect the call then i call to vodafone call center and say the everything but they are totaly refuse to do anything on this matter. So Please help me out and suggest me what can i do for it there is little amount and i have already spent more then 50rs on phone to call center of vodafone and others.

plan not given

I have a vodafone postpaid sim having no. 8447609799. when i bought this sim distrubutor told me that i will get v2v 200 mins. and local 100 mins. but still i didn't get this mins. Company have send me 2 bills one is of 305 rs. and other is of 592.70 Rs. it is out of plan and i have told it to the vodafone customer care by taking no. from vodafone site. and i specially talked about this problem to them. And i want to close that sim but they are not understanding it. please sir take a strict against against it or help me to find out my way

being loyal to the service provider.

The problem is I have taken a new connection (VMC @ 450) for my ipad under
the MDN no. 8447XXXX51, ESN no. 89911100182005758328, CAF no. 83842003
on Friday 22nd of June 2011.

I had provided my passport copy and pan no.to the executive. The executive
was sent by the voadafone new connection department. I had told the
customer care executive (New connection department) that I don't have a
photo at the moment. He said I will get the photo collected later you just
provide me the documents. As per the conversation I submitted the documents
to collector except the photo, which was to be collected later. Neither
your executive sent a collector to collect the photo nor my connection is
activated till now.

The best part your customer care unit is not even ready to take a complain
nor polite to help me out with the problem. My 1st call was @ june 25, 2012
11:44 pm, call duration 16 minutes approx. I humbly asked to get me to a
senior executive, he kept me on hold for almost 10 mins and never took my
call again.

The 2nd call was @ June 26, 2012, 12:01 AM, The customer care executive
name was *ANKUR SINGH, *well he was impolite and rude. I asked him why my
connection was not activated. He said it's not yet been registered. I asked
him why don't you take a request or complain to look into this issue. He
became rude and stubborn, I asked please let me talk to a senior, his reply
"senior se baat karni hain toh kar lijiye". I asked him why he is being
rude his answer was "Meri awaaz aisi hi hain". Sorry to say that was not a
right way to address the customer and kept on repeating you have to go to
the store. He didn't let me talk to the senior. Why the senior person at
the duty was not willing to talk.

PS.: both the calls were made from mobile no. 9811XXXX68, Registered in
name of Supam Das.

If I had to go to the store then why do you sent executive to collect
documents with half knowledge. And same goes for your customer care service.
* THEY ARE NOT HAPPY TO HELP. They are rather unhappy with calls.*

All in all if I would have been told on Friday 22nd of June 2011 itself
that I have to go to a vodafone store to take a new connection, I would
prefer that. But after all the documentation done and waiting for 4 days.I
was being told that you need to go to vodafone store doesn't make any sense.

No one wants to take an effort of sorting out things rather making it
complicated. Please see to the matter. If I have to run around then what
is the use of customer care, collector to collect the documents. In the end
of the day I have been asked to visit the store. Don't you think you need
to look into your processes first.

Hope I was as polite as I could writing this mail. I hope you will help me
sorting the issue rather juggling the issue.

wrong bill

I am working in Fluor Daniel India Pvt. Ltd. and last month I have changed my mobile service provider to Vodafone through mobile portability. I am attaching here my corporate plan (refer attached sheet 6), As per this plan my bill should be 150 Rs. around instead of Vodafone charged 445 Rs. not considering my corporate plan. I have done so much call & e-mail to Vodafone Customer care, their is no any positive reply (refer attached).

Regarding my PF not received

My name is Surender Singh. I worked with your organization INTELENET GLOBAL SERVICES PVT.LIMITED , Gurgaon (Plot no.94-95) from Oct 2007 to Dec 2009 as Team Leader. .I applied my PF 2 years back. But till now i have not received PF in my account. I frequently contact with Mumbai Head-office for this but i did not get any response from their side. I contacted umpteen number of time, HR department of INTELENET GLOBAL SERVICES PVT.LIMITED , Mumabi and Gurgaon not help me .So please do need full as soon as possible.

useless service/Poor

Hi,

i have a corporate connection and for any complain we have mail them and they reply after two days fine.

but now they dont reply to any of your query and call back when they say they will assist you in 2 working days.

i am have problem from past 20 days dont yet received even a single call or reply on mail.

very poor service. Must suggest you not to buy vodafone ever.

they replaced my sim coz of there poor conectivity and since that day my net is not working coz of their fault and till date its not repaired . anyhow am not gonna use vodafone or never gonna suggest any one to use vodafone.

Unprofessional Behaviour

Hi,
I have been using Vodafone Number +91-9999685255 for almost 6 years now. I got this connection through Matrix, which was a partner to Vodafone.
Now, for some god damn reason, Vodafone and Matrix are no more business partners and one fine day, my services were barred. The reason that I get to know from the Customer Care Team is that I need to submit my documents again if I want to continue their services.

My simple question is isn't is a little too unprofessional? I mean there were no mails, no calls from them about this information. They claim to have sent 10 SMS to me in this regard, but what's the guarantee that the same was delivered to me considering the fact that Vodafone has the worst network service in the country.

By god grace, i have an alternate number and my professional life is not coming to a halt? But, i am disgusted at the unprofessional and stupid behavior of this service provider? You claim to be a telecom company, and you yourself don't know how to communicate a message to the consumer? How many times will a person go and submit his ID proof if there is a mess up at their own end.

misguide by employees

On 13th feb around 10pm i receive a sms which says that MCI has been activated on my ph.and 30rs has been deducted from account balance i was surprised to see that sms because i didn't requested to activate this service. i called customer care and told them about my query nd i told him everthing that i didn't send any request for activation of this service so i want to deactivate this service and want refund my balance that fellow told me that i forwarded your request to deactivate the service and refund and 252666566 is your complaint number. and your service will be deactivated in 4 hrs and you'll get your balance also. BUT i didn't got my balance back so, i call customer care next day 14 feb around 7pm then i told everything to them and they put me on hold and after few min. they cut down the ph. i again called them and again told them everything they told me to wait i asked them how much more i have to wait they put me on hold and cut down the ph. i again called them and give my complaint number to them ask them to search for it after taking few min. they told me that your request is in progress you have to wait 48hrs i said ok.
BUT next day 15th feb around 5pm again called them i asked them that how much more i have to wait for my query they told me that balance can't be given to you i asked why? but they didn't told me the reason he was continusly saying that we can't give your balance back he was nothing saying more than that, then he put my call on hold. i called them again i told them everything about the misbehaviour of the employee he say sorry about that and asked me about my query i told them everything and asked them to connect with the manager or any of the senior he told me to hold and after few min. he cut down my call. i called again and asked them to how can i complaint about the employees then the person asked me about my query i give them my complaint number to see whether complaint is in progress or not then he told me THIS IS NOT A COMPLAINT NUMBER and no complaint is forwarded regarding my query. and the activation request of MCI is done by any of their employee.
JUST FOR ONE PROBLEM I CALLED MORE THAN 8TIMES I SUFFERED LOT OF MENTAL HARASSMENT
EMPLOYEES MISGUIDED THE CUSTOMER.

netcruise datacard is not working

Dear All,

Recently i have purchased a Net cruise data Card from Vodafone with data card no. 8459549508 from there executive Mr. Gurpreet (09811753578) on dated 20-jan-2012, and they said it will get activated within 3 working days, however after no. of call and two times documentation submission in Vodafone store and to their executive it was get activated on 25-jan-2012 also verification was done for same.

on 26 jan-2012 it was giving deadly speed 0-10 kbps, for that i lodge a complaint in Vodafone with 26-JAN/1053, on this complaint no action had been taken by them and they close the case on dated 30-Jan-2012 without resolving it.

so on 31-Jan-2012 i tried to check the data card then it was not working, it was informed to me that my data card services has been barred from back end department due to non submission of document.

after that i mailed and called to vodafone people and their nodal office however they didn't picked the call and there is no revert from vodafone till date.

balance deducted and no action taken on the previous complain loged one month ago.

Hi,
This is in regard to my previous complain, i loged in first week of december as vodafone deducted Rs.90 from of my talk time, and claimed that i used internet in my cell phone. I talked to Sanjay Desai regarding that complain and i told him that i did not access internet on my cell phone but he was continously claiming in the entire conversation that i used internet but it was really not like that, bcoz had i used internet in my cell phone ,i would have never loged complain here. At last he just wind up the call by saying that he need 48 hrs to come out with some solution, but he never came back & i am still waiting for his response.
The previous complain was not resolved by vodafone and in between what they did, they activated some matrimony service in my cell phone & again charged Rs.30 for the same. I am unable to talk to vodafone care for any quiery becoz i beleive they de-activated my cc services.
Above all which i mentioned so far, on 31 of Dec 2011, at around 2400hrs they again deducted Rs.40 from my talk time and reduced it to zero. Now i don't understand what should i do. Should i approach to TRAI for further resolution, or can i get a refund of all my fund which vidafone deducted from my account so far? So far starting from Nov-27 to Dec-31 vodafone deducted Rs.160 from my account. So can i expect a better solution of my complain this time?

Out goings calls closed

Dear service provider,

I have purchased a vodafone post paid corporate sim no- 9899138312 on 15th Nov 2011. After 2 or 3 days outgoing calls closed due to negative verifaction. I am sure that i live at my home or company then why my address verifaction negative.
Then i contact vodafone store i found that a security sup name show that he is not working. I am working with Sapient compant cyber green but the same named sup working also sapient but other GGN site in Infospace.

I checked my security register for the same but no person from vodafone was not came at office and my home.

I am facing chhellanges as per out going calls bared.

Kindly connectv a reverifaction as my actual address and start my outgoings calls.

Balance deducted and customer care services stoped

Hello,

Sir...on 27-Nov-2011(Sunday) i did a recharged on my number-9911940819 for Rs-120, and got a balance of Rs-105. After that recharged on the next day i.e Monday (28-Nov-2011) and Tuesday (29-Nov-201) in these two days, i made total 14 calls with total duration of 25 min and 84 seconds (for 14 calls), though it is 1 Paise per second call, Vodafone deducted all my balance .In any couple of hours if i am checking my balance i can see a reduction in my account balance and at the time of logging this complain as on 30-Nov-2011 @ 10.43 a.m. my current balance was Rs.3. I also have not activated any kind of services on my cell phone. They stopped my Vodafone care services, i cannot even able to talk to any of their customer care executive.
Being a low earner, i cannot afford such a loss of charges. Sir request to please fix it up, and help me to refund my money, which they charged unnecessarily.

portability issue

hi,

on 1st of july i submitted all my documents to vadofone store in gurgaon. They told me that they will take

13 days to complete procedure of mobile portability. but after one month theyreason they told me that my documents got rejected. and they didnt told me any reason. i repetedly asked about reason but they failed to give me any strong reason. till date i am still waiting for reply. and noe they told me to submit all documents again. t felt so embrassed and angry. i am mentally harrashed by vadofone. kindly look into that matter as i am loking forward for some solution.

missed call from +92 ISD Code

Hi,

Today morning i received a missed call from ISD no+923416878090 at 08:17 AM. This ISD code is from Pakistan. This is a missed call but i don't know anyone from pakistan . So how they got my Contact no . Is vodafone services is not safe .
Please resolve this issue ASAP..

Sms Problem

This Complained is in refrrence to my Number-9953141945 that i am using from vodafone.
i am facing the problem with your network & not able to send any sms.
I have changed the handset and message settings too but not able to sort this problem out.
I have already placed a complaint to customer care department but still no response from your side.
i am facing this problem from last 15 days.

Incorrect bill amount reminders for unpaid amount

Hi,

I am facing problem in billing from Vodafone. I am using G- 229 CUG plan (9899312477) since May 2011 and every month I am getting wrong renewal reminders. In my first billing the actual unpaid bill is 416 however i was getting reminders of 1169 so I made my first payment with an amount of Rs. 1200.00. Later on I came to know that my actual unpaid billing amount is only 416.00. After knowing the fact and error of service provider i called on vodafone care to discuss the same thing, they just deny to refund my access amount and told me that it will be adjucted in next billing. My second bill was generated for an amount of Rs. 794.00 due on July 15, 2011 which was already paid in advance as I was made an access payment of Rs. 784 in my first billing. Today morning when i trid to call on of my friend than i came to know that my outgoing call barred from service provider. As per them my credit limit exceeded hence the stop my outgoing calls. I know my usages and it is not possible that I called or used 1825 in 8 days. From July 16, 2011 to July 23, 2011, my unpaid billing amount is 1825. please find my mail body attached for your reference which was marded to [email protected] CCed to '[email protected]' by today. there is also unsatisfactory response from Sarabjeet and Gaurav in helpline @ vodafone customer care. Sarabjeet has put me on hold and later on cut my call without intimating me.

It would be appriciated if my raised concern resolved by TRAI as I am not able to resolve the issue with service provider.

Can someone give me clarification or make me understand that why my outgoing calls barred. My last billing amount has already paid in advance and now again I am getting reminders to pay Rs.1825. This is not possible that I use such a huge amount in between 15 to 23 July 2011. Please recheck your accounts and confirm me back with clear details and provide my current month usages bifurcation with all numbers.

Your early action will be highly appreciated.

PREPAID BALANCE MINUS 742 Rs

Dear Concern person,
This is Rajesh Giri using prepaid mobile 9999097855 for 3 years, I have used 1 day internet service at 14th june'11 02:00 hrs for 40 mb data, when I cheak uses data at 2:20am 15th june, 5MB balance in my a/c. i stop the net connection from mobile to laptop at 2:50 am after that got a sms at 03:21 am 15th june, that ur service expaired,"validity expiry regular surfing charges of 10p/10kb shall apply". But in the morning I got 35 rs detected and 642 rs in the minus i.e 677 rs charged for approximate 30 min. Its prepaid number so it should not be in negative , at zero balance net service should be disconnect as other company like AIRCEL do (I hv used AIRCEL net). there is no ultimation by voda. voda care reply me by written mail that its right detection, Balance will be detected if u will not disconeected, it may be big negative balance like 5000 rs, but its not logical, voda give 2 gb data for 30 day in just 95 rs. I have restrain to stop the sim card. voda care is not supporting me.
I request you please do needful with high periority. I want to take serious action against voda.

Vodafone charging for free services

Hi,

My name is Pramod Kumar Singh, I am using Vodafone number 9871803645. I have taken new services from Vodafone. My bill plane is 325 and in this i m geting 1000 free local calls every month and from nokia i have 3GB uses free for internet but the problem is they are charging me for every thing and they are give discount in the and of the month that means I am paying for that services which is free for me. Please help because they blocked my outgoing calls..

Complaint repeatedly ignored

Despite repeated complaints through numerous calls and emails, my problem of 3G service not working has been ignored. I have also been charged for the service in spite of me highlighting the fact that the service is not accessible on my connection.

Also the complaint contact number mentioned on the site , 198, does not work stating ' can not process your request at this time'.

The responses to my emails do not address my concern of why the service is not working. It has been approximately more than 3 weeks since i had highlighted my issue.

Unnecssary Harrassment through recorded message

I am a subscriber of Vodafone, and had paid last month bill about 16-17 days back vide credit card slip. The money was withdrawn from my account on 28th May, 7-8 days late.

However, since the last 10 odd days, everytime I try to make a call, I hear a taped message reminding me of the payment due, and threatening that the number will be disconnected.

This message is still coming, and I feel harrassed mentally, as I make almost 10-20 calls per day, and it results in wastage of almost 10-20 minutes, apart from the embarrassment among my colleagues. Would also like to inform you that my credit limit is Rs.25000, and it is sheer arrogance and intent to harrass the customers by the company, that is reflected in these type of messages.
