I am an Owner of Volkswagen Polo.
My Vehicle Met with an Accident and for the same i had kept the vehicle to Volkswagen Authorized Service Center in Vapi.
I had given to Vapi Volkswagen Dealership named (Automark Motors Pvt Ltd.) on around 2nd Sep 2016 on that day they had given Approx Estimate of Rs: 30000 to 35000 also said that will give your vehicle within 2 months.
They had not communicate any thing with me and also they inform that sir parts is not there will give you delivery soon but on 31st December they had mail me the invoice of the vehicle and after seeing the invoice i was shocked the invoice amount was Rs: 63000 + 10000 of Service bill.
They had given verbal estimate of Rs:30000 to 35000 /-. After asking them they said that sir we have not done any thing other in your vehicle, which was needed that only i had done.
I said that why the bill amount is so high you have committed me approx 30 to 35k and it is 73000/- WHY.
They replies sir itna to hota hai aap ka policy bhi aisa that. I said you have not taken any approval from me the owner of the vehicle.
Directly they said sir gadi jab rakha tha tab bola tha.
Dear Team i request you to please take up this matter and suggest me what to do.
This dealer is doing cheating with me and also he is doing with all the customers.
I dont have my vehicle approx for 4 months i have taken vehicle on rent (Per Day Rs: 4000/-).
Request you to please take up this complaint on priority basis.
Please suggest/write me what can i do for it.
