respected authority,
there was a deficiency in service by the PG owner called Latha in mysore as I was a student of law i was in my final year where there were lots of practical paper. there was a trespassing of monkeys for 2 weeks in the paying guest because of non action and negligence by owner of this act of monkeys which were entering into the rooms . she was least bother saying make it run. late i decided to vacate it was sudden inconvenience, where i was keeping quite and adjusting minor deficiency the pg owner has taken me granted and manipulating me every time i call for asking my advance payment.
i left pg in month of april and she said she will pay me the rent in month of august, later she used to bring new rules whenever i was contacting her.
there is a grave injustice is caused to me rupees 4500 might be small amount for her . the money contains lots of efforts of my parent.
because of her negligent i have faced lots of disrespect in the college. others in the pg might not known of their rights as a law graduate i am having the knowledge of every rights and other persons duty.
i am praying before this forum to provide me justice and take strict action against her
