Same Bill deducted four times

Sir/Madam
I Sri Jogendra Nath Roy of Purba Mallickpara ,P.O. Gossairhat,Dhupguri,Dist-Jalpaiguri having Customer ID -422222026 . I paid my electric bill for the month of December,12 and January'13 of Rs.656.00 through online facility of WBSEDCL. I got no confirmation massage so I paid the same bill three times more through net banking facility of Union Bank of India. Later I came to know from the account statement that the said bill amount was deducted four times from my account . The transaction IDs are i) CAA607323 ii)S3232267 iii) CAA602567 iv) S3093761.
Therefore I pray to you that you would be kind to take necessary action so that I get refund my excess money as early as possible.

NON RECEIVE THE ELECTRIC BILL

WBSEDCL "installation number/type" for online payment account

WBSEDCL, in its bill doesnot show the installation no and only shows Consumer ID/Consumer Code & Service Con No.
But while creating online a/c for payment, they seek the the installation Number/Type.
So i called up customer-care (1800-345-5220) which didnt had a clue as to what are these & asked me to call up BARASAT CCC office at (03325845687).
Where again the persons at phone didnt had a clue as to what is this and asked to visit office and check.
When reached their office it was a mess, no one was there to talk and finally got a rude (misbehaved) answer "We are busy come back on a later date".

Please suggest how can I see my father's electric bill and pay online.

Non-receipt of electricity bill

Dear Sir,
I am a consumer of WBSEDCL,Jangipur .My consumer ID is-313270156.No- C 772243. My meter no-. is ST 706571. Although all the residents of my building have received their electricity bill in the current week, I have not received my electricity bill. I would request you to look into the matter & kindly arrange for despatch of electricity bill to my premises at the earliest.

sir,
please look into the matter that for madhyamgram , district: North 24 parganas , we are not getting the facility of online bill payment i came to know about this matter while paying online bill and having problem then i called your toll free number . Please look into this matter and start this facility in our area ( Madhyamgram, District: North 24 Parganas).

excess bill

sir i am a consumer of wbsedcl from 4yrs since that time i received a excess billing for the first time i have two connection one is commercial and the other is domestic my domestic id is 232010099 and the billing amount is rs.2963 for three months and the commercial id is 232128328 and the billing amount is Rs.3513 which is excess for three months. This bill is for july august and september. hence i request you to please correct the bill and please send a new correct bill.

Hopeless Bill

Dear Sir,

I am a consumer of WBSEDCL,Chaitanyapur, Haldia-721645. My consumer id is 224003307. My meter no. is 751140532.

Last June-July-August we paid 281.00, 281.00 and 281.00 and the meter unit consumption is 133 from 9255 to 9388 Reading. On that current session, there were a fault at the meter where instant basis we inform the electricity board to solve the meter problem as it was not working like previous. They told that we will solve it & it will effected at our system automatically. But this time we received the bill for Sep-Oct-Nov'12 where we are shocked to see the Amount. The total amount is 4337.00 & the total unit is 737 where you will see the previous was 133. How it was calculate. If it calculate from previous year then it was that days action which is not applicable for the current session. This is most unpredictable & non-calculative billing. No one are response about the matter. Now what to do. ???????? We are helpless. This is the 5 times billing against the last bill. What is our fault??? Is there our fault to inform the same time to time ??? Or it is the electricity business system to hamper people time to time with worthless cause.

This time if we are unable to deposit the amount then I think the meter connection will be disconnected from the Electricity Board with a reason of due of payment. If we are not able to clear our system theory then close your office right now.

Yes, the fault is technical we agree with this. Billing will calculate with system programme. But is it the proper system calculation.

We need a proper judgement.

BILL PAYMENT

Sir,
I am a consumer electricity under WbSEDCL.
But the consumers are not getting the facility for payment of electricity bill
through online net banking.
So please see the matter so that the consumers who want to pay their bill online
can get the facility

Change of defective meter or issue parallel challenge meter for making proper reading

Several times informed to the office and then written complaint lodged on 17.08.2011 Doc.no.-592 to the assistant engineer WBSEDCL,Benepukur,Suri West,Birbhum.Again complaint lodged on 01.01.2012 Doc.no.-1830 to same office but no action was taken.Lastly complaint lodged through Toll free Service(Burdwan)-18003453201 in January 2012.Complaint no.-8239134 but no action is taken till date.
REQUIRED-(a)Change of defective meter or issue parallel challenge meter for making proper reading.
(b)Refund/adjust excess deposit bill amount.

Low Voltage

Respected Sir,
I am Nanigopal Bhattacharjee (CON NO: E061665, CON ID: 154187465) is writing to draw your kind attention to the fact that we, the inhabitants of Kalyangarh ward no.9(municipal ward no.8) are facing a lot of problems for low voltages. The voltage goes down in the evening and continues till the night. As a consumer, i have complained this matter to the Ashoknagar Group Electric Supply in the year 2011. Also the inhabitants of this municipal ward have submitted a mass petition for this matter but no actions have been taken by the authority. Under the circumstances, we request you to look into the matter and take necessary actions as early as possible, so that we the normal consumer will be relived from unnecessary harassment.
