HIGH BILL

My consumer ID is 101644042: I am a tenant living in Bina pani apartment, flat 4c, chandi beriya, nabjagaran club, ghosh para, keshtopur. We are not using electricity much. Only 2 fans and 2 Tube lights are being used every day but the monthly bill comes to more than 1000/- a month. The bill is much higher than what we consume.We are unhappy with this as we are students living and it is not fair to be charged triple the amount we use. kindly look into this.

Regular power cut

We have shifted to our new flat at madhyapara,rahara from barrackpore 1 month ago. WBSEDCL new connection has been taken and my consumer id is 103400904. We had same WBSEDCL connection at barrackpore for 10 years but did not face this kind of problem mentioned below-

After shifting to this location, we are facing several electricity problems. Every day electricity is shut down around afternoon for 2-3 hours and come and then gone.
Voltage fluctuation is a regular issue.

And most important is there is no prior announcement for electricity shut down. It seems the local regional operator of rahara is responsible for this. How electricity can be gone everyday during same time?

I reported this issue earlier through website but did not get any call. Kindly look into this matter. WBSEDCL barrackpore is far better than rahara.

Power cut offs areĀ  important issue that even happens for two to three hours a day on camplaining at the customer care number they say maintenance is going on but no prior information is given to us.

Flasing

No current supply

There has been no power supply for past 24 hours. Despite calling the electricity office the supply has not resumed. We are suffering in the DARKNESS with no WATER.

Very low Voltage and Fluctuation of voltage

I Subhobroto Srth Consumer ID-163054745 residing at Tolafatak (Near Murari Mohan Mukherjee Statue), P.O.-Chinsurah, Dist:- Hooghly. PIN-712101, would like to bring to your kind notice that during last three months voltage has fluctuated very much and many times voltage has very low.

no power since last 4 days

Dear Respected concern ,

I have raised a complain on 23.07.2017 (10476581 and 10408288) but till now no body attend the call, matter is going to be critical for survive
So that is my humble request that take care the matter and close the issue by today .


Too many time I have flow up with local office but each and every time they says we can not tell any thing ,and they have too many pressure of work

I know that due to bad weather you have lot of pressure but please provide some time for this type of small cases

I eagerly waiting for your positive action and solve the problem

No Power supply for 15 hours

Fault in supply of current

My Consumer ID is 514127848.
There is fault in the Transformer. The current is flowing outside the Transformer and it is going to the pole. Due to which a cow accidentally got death. In rainy season it creates a lot of problem.

Wbsedcl website down . Need to pay electric bill immediately

Hi,
I need to pay the electric bill online asap, the wbscdecl site is done for last 15 - 20 days. I had been paying the bill online for a few years but now, this website is having problems on and off . and since last week it is completely down .

Several complaints on the facebook page, personal message, nothing worked . They dont bother to respond . Pls help !!

Can u pls tell me how to pay the bil immediately via online . I donot stay in India so there is no way I can go to the counter and pay . My last dats is approaching, pls respond immediately !

Loose connection in electricity supply line

I am from kharagpur, bearing Commercial Consumer Number: 212106344, suddenly electricity supply fails or fluctuates. I am suffering this problem since last 4 days. Yesterday evening the problem was the most as there was no electrical supply all night.

Meter Is Faulty.

Respected Sir,
I have registered a complain due to high and excess bill. On January 2017, the technician from WBSEDCL visited my place and after checking they found that the meter is faulty and it will be changed. So, today is 28th Feb 2017,still waiting for the new meter to arrive. Called to my district office in Bhasa for help, they said to call customer care. So did the same and was seeking their help in adjusting my bill amount, but it was said that meter is not in stock and untill the meter is changed, I will be getting wrong bills and I have to pay it even because it's not their fault. So my question is, Is it my fault that the meter went wrong, faulty? In future I have to pay the wrong bills even knowing that the meter is wrong and giving wrong readings? Who will take care in adjusting my future bills? Wake up Guys. This is just a copy... Sending the same to other higher authorities with all the proofs and call recordings that I have.

I applied for enhancement of load for installation of Air conditioner on 20-1-17 ( off-peak season), quotation issued on 9 th Feb. I have lodged a complaint with the online complaint registration service of WBSEDCL vide regist no. 6833278 dtd 17-2-17, but in vain the patent reply I have got is" order ( work) pending" . Will I have to wait indefinitely for work order?
