Welding works are being done in residential area since more than 5 years at shree Lakshmi welding works, subashnagar, Karimnagar, Telangana state - 50500l.
Because of the loud noise their is a sound pollution causing migraine headaches, sound impairment and also students are not able to concentrate on their studies. It is very irritating for the people leaving around the shop.
You are kindly requested to help in removing this welding shop from the residence as soon as possible.

It creates very loud noise which's the major cause of many diseases like high blood pressure,constant headache,sleep disturbance,hearing impairment,hypertension,ischemic heart disease and most importantly students are not able to concentrate on their studies.Not only this welding and other related processes leads to the emission of very harmful gases, if inhaled causes many diseases especially in kids.Almost everyone in this street and nearby places are facing problems, that is why I am writing this complain as a representative of the people of street no.5/7, Main Sagarpur.
Keeping in mind the above mentioned points I request you to take a strict action against the people concerned at the earliest, so that we can live a peaceful and healthy life.

Illegal welding and cutting activities are taking place in a house in street no.7 indrapark,Palam Colony 110045,opposite to Punjab national bank grahak seva.It creates very loud noise which's the major cause of many diseases like high blood pressure,constant headache,sleep disturbance,hearing impairment,hypertension,ischemic heart disease and most importantly students are not able to concentrate on their studies.Not only this welding and other related processes leads to the emission of very harmful gases, if inhaled causes many diseases especially in kids.Almost everyone in this street and nearby places are facing problems, that is why I am writing this complain as a representative of the people of street no.7 indrapark,Palam colony.i am complaining about this for almost 3 months and no actions are being taken against it, now if this continues we will be forced to approach to respective higher authorities for the solution as it is related to the health of many people.

Dear SIr

One of a resident named Mr. Bhagawan Kumawat (Address-Plot no 39, Marg No A4, Kumawat Colony,Khatipura Road,Jhotwara,Jaipur) has been doing commercial work of welding, sheet cutting, making house windows and shutters of steel material and grinding in our residential area for last 5-6 years.
Firstly, He started in an open area that is in front of his house. There are lots of steel material scattered on the road and here & there. After doing protest , he left this open area and shifted on the road that is in front of his house.
Secondly, after passing six months on the road, we again requested to him to shift any other commercial area but he refused to leave this road and area than we again lodged complaint against him to JDA . After taking some action by JDA officer, he shifted his machines in his house and doing his work continuously that creates noise. Due to welding, there may be eyes problem also. It’s not only creates air pollution but also noise pollution. He thinks that nobody can stop his work so he took signature of colonizers.
There are lots of children play games those can be injured by material. Whenever machine of sheet cutting and grinding operate, it becomes very difficult to live in home due to very loud noise and also difficult for children to concentrate on their studies. All family members also feel mental harassment and head ache.
All the neighbors are of relative of Bhagwan Sahay Kumawat so they don’t say anything to him but everybody is in problem due to this illegal work in colony.

You are requested to kindly remove this workshop and I hope you will take prompt action and help in making the surroundings healthy.
