I used www.paytm.com site for mobile bill payment of Rs. 1339 and Rs 88 on 10th July2014, by internet banking (Indian Bank). Till date I don't know where the money is? PAytm executives are telling money has not debited from my account, although the bank details showing money has been transferred to paytm.com. meanwhile paytm.com has blocked my account for last 4 weeks and not even responding to my mails.
