You have registered with Y-Axis in 04/2011 for Singapore LPR application. Your profile has thoroughly been checked as per the immigration requirements of that country and been considered as eligible. Please note eligibility itself does not guarantee a visa.

Y-Axis is an extremely professional and transparent company. We have more than 1 lakh customers , for each client of ours , we have always given the best guidance and consultation .

We have provided you all required documentation towards your petition to Singapore LPR. Your application for Singapore was filed immediately after receiving the documents from you, which is in July 2011. We are equally disappointed with the decision received on your file, and the rejection letter is also shared with you. The refusal letter does not specify only states that they could not allow you a visa and nowhere they have mentioned that you do not meet the eligibility or if there was any issue with the documentation that we can be held responsible. You were clearly informed about the terms and conditions of this process and even before your file can be submitted to the department it has been clearly mentioned to you that this program is competitive and the decision will be completely at the discretion of ICA and we do not guarantee on the decision. While all the facts are clearly put in advance, we do not understand the claims made by you below. Upon review of your case, I understand that your Resume Marketing Service for UK has been completed and account details have been handed over to you for your reference. Further, I understand that you have raised a concern towards Resume Marketing Service deliverable due to lack of response/ interview from the employers.

In regard to the same context, I would like to clarify that our Resume Marketing Service is not similar as placement abroad assurance, though we have a dedicated staffing team in place and as default, if there’s any suitable opening for any of our clients, we forward their resume to the team for consideration. During the Resume Marketing Service our consultant would forward your resume to the essential employer database (for the selected country) and also apply to open jobs (online) which would be posted by employers on popular job portals so that your resume is kept in their database and the employers will revert as and when there is an opportunity available with them. Kindly keep a track on the account and revert to the email alerts received from the employers.

Please be informed that Y-Axis does not provide any commitment on certain number of leads or assured interview calls. Resume marketing response is totally at the discretion of employers and available requirement during that point of time. Poor Job services

Y-AXIS FRAUD.

I have paid additional 25000 for only resume making and job search but the services which was provided not at all met the client requirement. Every week they sent one email stating about the companies and consultancies name they have applied on our be-half. They applied in such way which was not even relevant to my current profile, means they applied all the jobs for the sake of applying.....Everyone knows siting in India and getting a job in awaiting for the interview from the employer in Canada is utter impossible...in the beginning they will make such a convincing stories regarding the jobs and create positivity only for the purpose of getting 25000.

when they need money, they called me day/night till their demand gets fulfilled...but during job not a single person has called me and didn't even provide any knowledge about their way of job search. whenever I called, the call always gets routed to different department. One strange thing, the dedicated consular which was aligned to my job search, she herself said that chances of getting job is very rare from India, means one has to go to Canada and search for the job with proper designation. so what is the use of paying 25000? After the job service, they had offered me complimentary voucher of free visa to some of the listed countries... like Thailand, Singapore etc anyways one will get visa on arrival for these countries...lets forget about the voucher and all...end of the we all need better services and promises which were made before enrolling.

My suggestion is PLEASE DONT AVAIL JOB SERVICES FROM Y-AXIS no idea about other consultancies...

A big time cheaters y-axis

i and my friend have applied for a job in canada amd the aame false statment was given also swati have been calling me numerous time for the revision and hike in process fees. They provided me a new mail also from gmail leaving my existing gmail account. Now the game starts by y-axis u will have number of mails coming in the new mail id u may feel team y-axis is doing their work but its fake mails nor u will get calls or any response if u try applying. Y-axis have taken a good amount of 25k from each and when we come to know u r fraud u have numerous ways to make our mind by giving diffrent option silly way to handle. Now i left my money even though i receive many mails from y-axis. I started telling people better go to vira instead of wasting u r money for no reason. Stop sending me mails. And in my hospitality industry we have may people who would try to go abroad for a job or for highet education. Any one who askes me and my friend till date we say dont go to y-axis for processing u r visa or for a job migrante. They are here to make money not to make career. Now easy stop send mails to me aboit u r offers and other pack detials i will stongly disagree and to recomond

Y axis - Refund Request Pending

On April 13, 2017 - I made a payment for the Y axis Service.

April 15, 2017 - I came to know that for NON IT graduates , IT Experience will not be considered and no points for Experience. Experience is calculated as your current IT experience - 6 years. Mine was 8 - 6 = 2 years. for 2 Years no points. Only if you have 3 yrs + you will get points for Experience.

April 20, 2017 - I asked for cancelation of contract and Refund since i was not happy with Y axis service and the way they hidden information before payment.

April 27, 2017 - I am still not getting proper response about my Refund.

Point is the way Y axis consultants were behind me for payment before April 13th and the way the treat me now while i am following it up for Refund is pathetic.
