we are yuvathy designers from hyderabad -500090 , we have ordered saree online the vendor from banglore , they courier our package on 23-07-20 and when i am tracking its showing that 28-07-20 my courier deliverd in balanagar which is not my address, immediatly i have raised complaint to DTDC enquiry through their website and also number of times try to contact their customer care but no response .T ill today no reply from dtdc , its very important courier to me why they such irresponsible .

i request you to take neccesery action regarding my issue
