Rufund of security and booking amount

I had cancelled my booking(JPS6N1UTA) in the month of July and I haven't received the refund. I have mailed them several times they only kept asking for more time and now they stopped replying. I am in need of that money. It was clearly mentioned in there policy that instant refund would be provided and it's been more than 6 months. They are not processing it. Now there is no lockdown, every businesses is running. So they should initiate the refund ASAP.
